Very friendly, welcoming and helpful owner. Very close to the beach. Beds are comfortable. WiFi ist decent.
I think the electrical shower needs an update. But wasn't really a problem.

I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast and kitchen in general, plus the property is so tranquil! You can really spend a whole day between the beach and the hammocks, making food or bringing it back from a few nearby take out spots. Campeche is a bit spread out, but it is very fast to drive/bike around. Excellent location.
I don't feel I can go higher than an 8 out of 10 because the private rooms have very thin walls - so when a family with a baby stays next door you will hear everything they hear and vice versa. Also, on a minor note, no towels are provided and the privacy from the owners is not as great as I might have expected.
