Disappointing
Rooftop view is amazing but was overcrowded and not all the jacuzzis work.
The room was awkward and had 3 dirty sofas. Out toilet didn’t work and we asked to change rooms. They didn’t let us change rooms so for the duration of our stay we had to use the toilet in the downstairs hallway… pretty basic, and very disappointing.

Everything was perfect during our stay, the personnel is very professional, kind and respectful. The location of the hotel is just amazing, very close to the beach and the hotel room is well-equipped. We surely will be back in this amazing hotel!!!

Its location was the best.
Close to the beach, downtown, restaurants and many stores.
Whole hotel very noisy. You can ear the people walking inside and outside of the hotel from the room.
A little old facilities, musty smell, it needs maintenance and make and upgrade of all the Hotel, specially the acustic insulation.

Everything was excellent!!!! The staff was so courteous and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was superb. The view of the ocean from our balcony was breathless. The breakfast was delicious and it had a variety of foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to visit Ingleses in Florianopolis, Brazil. Just walk to the back of the hotel and you will see the beautiful, very well-maintained pool, walk a little more and there is the ocean.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. We had a great experience with everything at this hotel. The personnel was so kind, and extremely helpful. We did not experience anything negative here.

Great location, very clean and the staff was very nice.
Not sure were those particular days, but families with kids running around and very loud. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for some quite/relaxing place.
