Room has a good size balcony with nice water front view. The view is definitely the hotel highest note. Breakfast was Ok, exactly as expected
Very bad access, the hotel has only a high slope ramp, which is complicated for 60+ guests. The Bar has very limited options in terms of products as well as very limited working times, no coffee at all, no tea, no sandwiches, no healthy food. The owner said the bar is outsourced, but guests don't care if tis outsourced or not. No phones or intercoms in rooms. In short, very low quality services for the price we paid, 400 USD for 3 nights. Nobody takes phone calls. I forgot a cellular charger and my wife also left a Fossil watch. Neither reply my last Friday email nor several phone calls I made to know if they found the forgotten things.

Location! Its location cannot be better! It's right across the beach with chairs and umbrellas available. It's also minutes walk to the center where it all happens at night time. The food (lunch only) is really tasty and fairly priced. They even bring your order to your table at the beach.
The property is old and run down and in need of upgrades. It needs some TLC specially the bathrooms. The breakfast could definitely be much much better with more basic options.

Located infront on the beach and in walking distance to the town. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly! Loved the pets on the property- cat, parrots, birds.
The building is dated and needs an upgrade. A/C didnt work well.

The location is fantastic
We had issues with the shower on a daily basis where the fuse for the heater would break. The staff was a bit unfriendly in dealing with this, and they didn't actually tell us what the problem was until our last day. The photos of the room are not very accurate, as the paint was falling off the walls, and the bathroom looked a lot bigger in the pictures.

The staff is friendly and kind, the breakfast area is pretty good and the food is really good as well, the food at the restaurant is delicious with nice view at the balcony. It is located just in front of the beach, and 2 block far away from the downtown of Canasvieras, very convenient for people who like hanging out late at night having some drinks or have dinner outside.
They set up the room with 2 single beds together instead of a queen bed which is weird and not confy in my humble opinion but it was okay overall, but the bathroom was a little old, the sink and the toilet need to be change. If they are going to do some remodeling to the hotel, they gotta do focus on the room bathrooms.
