Location and beds.
The bathroom smell was so bad and the shower was cold.
The breakfast time was a terrible moment. Looked like food weren't enough for the hotel guests.

The breakfast is good and the employees at the reception are generous. They tried to fulffill our demands. They are polite.
The bed and pillows are good too.
I have to change the room because it was noisy. However, the bathroom of the second room was not cleaned. The flush of the toilet was not pulled.

property is on the perfect place, near of principal street and commerce, close the beach also.

Good location, service room everyday was excellent and good staff very kind with us.

Beds are very comfortable.
Too noisy, from the second floor at 7am, it was impossible to sleep. The crowd in the restaurant it was massive. People shouting in the corridor. Pictures of the hotel are very well done, cuz in the reality is another one. Parking staff very rude and inefficient. Very disappointed.
