Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, cozy room, valet service!
A/C has to be fill the gas, because it wasn’t properly cooling down temperature in the room, besides that all was awesome!

Location
They put the girl from my team on a “family room” in the ground floor and one of the windows was broken. She was obviously agraif and asked to change room. They alleged they didn’t have and have nothing to do with. It was necessary I involve myself (I am brazilian) asking to cancel the reservation and than they “found” another room. However I paid for a family room (the only one accepted in the checkin) and paid for a 1 person room, not to mention all the stress with the situation. Terrible client experience.

- Location: close to the bridge especially to the ones who need to leave the city. - Clean room, good smell of the bed clothes - Staff was friendly and helpful - On-line check-in: fast and avoid lines
- Rooms are a bit outdated, especially the locking systems. Nothing major, but it deserves an investment. - Check-out: if you are there in a rush time, it may take some time to get through it. On-line or speed checkout would help’

Location was fabulous, right besides Beira mar norte, which is nice because you can go grab dinner anywhere within walking distance. The staff was kind and helpful. There's also valet service which you don't see everywhere around there. The lobby was modern, clean and spacious.
The room we stayed in looked more like the janitor's closet, it was moldy and strange. To be fair it did looked like they were trying to renovate the space, but is just looked dirt cheap, rushed and half hearted.

The room smells bad No amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, soap, lotion, hair cap) Very simple furniture We arrived at midnight and I asked a cup of milk for my children and they said the kitchen was closed. I was not asking for a whole meal preparation. It was only milk. But I guess at night there’s only one staff member for the whole hotel.
