Easy and go near beach. The receptionists are helpful and make sure that I feel comfortable at the hotel. Great services ?
Lights from jacuzzi or hot tub at night time. Luckily, I have blindfold.

THE ROOMS DOES NOT WORTH FOR THE VALUE !
My bathroom toilet was clogged and we notified them and they did not fixed it until my check out time, and they did not even give me a discount…
I really don’t recommend this place !!!

The room was clean, air condition, water hot, three beds you can put them together if you are only two, jacuzzi is clean, close to the beach, parking available, kettle available, staff is very friendly and know how to speak English. Overall for three stars and the price, I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located in the middle of Canasvieiras city center (very loud place till midnight), and one block from the beach (by far the worst beach on the island)
The staff is super arrogant, in special the two guys in the morning. The hotel is very old. The wifi connection is impossible to use. Very loud place

Ridiculously expensive. We had a “Executive Suite” which was about 10-15sqm. Roughly $350 AUD per night. Absolutely ridiculous price. At night time it was very loud due to the bar right next door. When we got very I’ll the and needed medical attention the staff where very unhelpful. They cannot cater for any specific dietary’s such as dairy and gluten-free.

shower had cold water, we couldn’t get the water to heat and the location area despite great and close to the beach and the centre it was a little noisy.
