- main pro is the location, near the beach;
- rooms are outdated;
- the breakfast is horrible, no vegetables at all, just extremely sweet yogurt/bread/pastry and it s far away from any other place for a decent breakfast and coffee;

Good breakfast in beautiful surroundings.
There are free bikes and there is a walk-in closet in the room!
At this time of the year the restaurant inside the hotel wasn't working, but you can eat at the beach, and there is a good restaurant next to it, there are restaurants in Ponta das Canas as well, a 10-minute walk away in a nice area. There is a nice little church in Ponta das Canas, too.

Breakfast was very nice, I would suggest perhaps some pastries and access to espresso or capuccino.

Lovely staff, beautiful cabana and perfect location.
For the value it should have at least Netflix, dressing gown and a more complete breakfast (at least one option of lactose free milk).
