The apartment is splendid, spacious and cozy. Has almost everything you need for a family stay. The complex also has everything , good pools , good beach access, and super secure including a restaurant service with good prices and good variety, you can eat there and even they can take the food to the apartment. Parking is good for the car sizes of Brazil. beach is super clean compared with other places in the island.
the beach is great but a waves are more for surf, so If can say something would be this. price was a bit higher than my expectations, however I reserved quite close to the stay. Traffic is quite heavy at rush hours.

indoor heated pool and games room. great access to the beach.
the apartment was not clean, bed sheets were dirty, window shades were broken, bathroom shelves were broken, balcony door was stuck, washing machine did not work, construction on our building was constant and right outside our door.
