Breakfast absolutely carried the experience. Genuinely solid spread, great way to start the day, no complaints there. The pool was decent too - nothing life changing, but it did the job.
The staff felt completely checked out. Asking for help with local vendors like massage or spa recommendations resulted in blank stares and zero effort. It felt like everything was “not our problem.” The sauna didn’t work, which was disappointing, especially if you’re booking expecting that amenity to function. Overall, service energy was very “figure it out yourself.”

We loved the staff with their warm and very insightful attention. Got a ton of information about how and which places to explore.
We loved breakfast with a good quantity of options to choose from and excellent coffee.
It's very near to a Beautiful and warm beach called Ferradura, which is also peaceful and secure to enjoy with family or friends.

Close to the beach, nice rooms and friendly staff. It also has a games room, nice pool and bar selling juices and cocktails. The breakfast was also very good.
It wasn’t easy to know when the bar would be open and the pool table could be better.

The place is magic the day and the night. The breakfast is very good and various. Also the staff was very friendly especially Lau who helped us a lot while we were having some issues. We will come again if we go back to buzios some day

The hotel is cute, and the breakfast was very good. It is located about 5 min from the center by car and there is parking inside the property.
The bed was not very comfortable, and the hotel doesn't let you use the pool towels to the beach. The hotel street doesn't have asphalt, so you have to pass by some bumpy streets to arrive.

The pool area is beautiful and pleasant! Great location 5 minutes walking from the beach!! AC in the room is powerful.
