People were amazingly friendly, accommodating and truly made us feel at home. They accommodated all changes we requested, came and talked to us making us feel very special. The food was amazing and the ambience and convenience of location very wonderful.
I liked everything there as the effort made was so special that we wish to go back there and recommend the place to all we know.

The location was excellent with direct access to the beach and main road. The Rua das Pedras is at a 5 min walk which is perfect because you are super close of all animation, restaurants, bars and shops without being in the middle of the confusion. The staff is amazing, super kind and helpful

Virtually everything was great. The staff on the front desk were absolutely fantastic, welcoming and very caring.
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with a great style and exceptional eye for detail.
The location is literally perfect.
Great beach service also.

Vila da Santa is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at EVER! It’s just perfect and a true gem in every sense of the word. It more than exceeded our expectations. It’s small, very romantic and private, quiet but near enough to walk to the centre of Buzios where it’s all happening. VdS looks like a very tiny village set around a square with easy access to the beach in a little bay. At night it’s beautifully lit and looks just magical. All the people who work there are so lovely, friendly, helpful, thoughtful and very welcoming. They felt like family. A huge thank you to Mohammed and Michelle and everyone else whose names we didn’t know. Nothing was too much trouble.The breakfasts are amazing with everything you need for a healthy start and also include cook to order. We ate in the restaurant on the first night as we arrived late and tired and also on the last night as the food is absolutely delicious. The Caipirinhas are very good too! From the moment we arrived it made us wish we’d booked a couple of extra nights in addition to our 5 nights. Our room was spotless, spacious and the bed very comfortable; we slept so well. The decor of the rooms has a relaxed, beach vibe and had all the facilities you expect in a hotel room. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at VdS. In fact if you don’t book it you’d be missing out on a delightful experience. This review comes from the heart based on our personal experience.

Beautiful property
Staff needs improvement. It doesn’t feel like they want to be there. It also it doesn’t feel that you are in one 5 star hotel. As a Brazilian i was expecting an excellent service and it wasn’t the case for this hotel. Also breakfast is very mediocre. I wouldn’t be back

Very interesting decorated hotel. Staff were very nice. We got different room then the one we booked (they upgraded us) but the better one had one window looking at the wall. So after one night they moved us to the other room.
Very very helpful staff, helped us also with communication to the driver when we went back to Rio.

The property is stunning and is conveniently located at walking distance from Rua das Pedras. The rooms are very comfortable, smell good and are rearranged each time you leave the hotel. The staff is also amazing. Perfect for a romantic getaway.
