Disappointing
The main entrance and the breakfast place are nice. But other than that… it needs a lot of rework and renovation.
When we got the “Deluxe” room it was smelly and the window was open so it was a mosquito hell!
No fans provided, only air con, which also doesn’t help with the mosquito situation.
The bathroom was all old and not comfortable at all, the bed had smelly sheets and the mattress was old and yellow. I had bag bug bites from it. Thankfully we stayed only 1 night.

I did like the price, location, and owner's friendliness.
Room was humid because the bathroom did not have windows or fan. It may work during the summer with A/C but in the winter there is no way of controlling the room's humidity.

Pleasant
Breakfast was reasonable. Location was fair. Bed was comfortable.
The bathroom could use a little maintenance. The host was very discrete: available when needed, but didn't really go out of his way to add anything to our stay.
