Very Good
Good location with an amazing view from the beach. Also, staff is super helpful and friendly!
Despite the large selection of food, quality wasn’t always the best. Room service food was horrible, unfortunately.
Other than that, too many stairs, so come prepared…I came with a baby so I wouldn’t recommend to stay there with a baby.

Be ready to walk up and down hill to reach beach area, we'll worth it

The view from our room and the staff were very accommodating. The room and bathroom were both clean with clean towels and beds as well.
The elevator going from the bottom level where our room was located to the top floor where breakfast, pool, restaurant, and gym are was not working properly. It would come and leave and sometimes would be out of service completely. The walk from the bottom to the top is around 200+ stairs!

Most beautiful views from a hotel that I've ever seen. Amazing breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was sad to leave. Really convenient location near the beaches.
Even when we had a rainy day, my favorite part was reading my book with the balcony door open, listening to the rain and enjoying the view.
The room was a bit cozy for me, my husband, and our suitcases, but it was good for a 2 night stay. If we stayed for a longer time we would probably do a family room just for more space.

The view is amazing.
Some details, like the wire for the towels, were dirty and black. It just needs to be cleaned to make it white again. Also, the restaurant stairs are black; they just need to be cleaned with a cleaning stone product to look clean. After all, it’s a restaurant

The breakfast was wonderful. Everything was fresh and tasty, with a great variety of food. The hotel was close to the beach. Staff at the restaurant and the front desk were friendly.
It needs some maintenance. The door to the bathroom wouldn't shut and would get stuck. The room was very small and tight, with no place to put your suitcases. Having to climb to the top of the hill to have breakfast was inconvenient, even with the tram/elevator provided. There were drinks in the mini-fridge, but no glasses, and when I asked for one, no one brought it.

The room was clean, but you could see that they never do a deep cleaning.
The facilities in general were not as clean as I would expect for an hotel with the rate they get on booking.

Everything was great in this place, breakfast, room, staff, was incredible! It make our anniversary incredible.
The most amazing thing was the view from the room. In front of the João Fernandez beach, one of the best beaches in buzios. Definitely we will come back to this hotel.

The pool and the view for sure. Restaurant is good also with nice food. Elevator to go to pool easier than the strairs, but still a lot of stairs.
The matress are not comfortable at all and room could be more modern.
The sun bench at the pool does not work, people
Put the towel from morning even if they go to lunch or somewhere else! Did not get any bed for the stay

The location and the feature of the hotel especially the tram available for you to go to the top level where the restaurant and the amazing infinity pool were located.
The room and the bathroom was really dated and to me not acceptable. It was with very old furnitures, sticky flooring and noisy AC.

The view is everything here, really is fantastic and you will not be dissaponted, the view from both our room and the pool were both amazing.
You could feel sand on the floor in our room and I think the bed was probabaly quite old. Also the glass in the room could have been cleaned better..
The door handnles were also all wobbely and very old.

The check-out process took a long time. We had to wait for someone to go to the room and verify the condition of everything before we could be authorized to leave the property. This was the first time I experienced this in my life.

Many stairs and if rains, prepare yourself to get wet, there is not much rain protection between the places (hotel room, room, academy, breakfast room, garage, etc)
