Nice rooms with a hot tub on the balcony. The food was good, and the facilities were nice. The Internet worked well. Yoga was a bonus. Short walk to the beach. Overall, highly recommended!
It was challenging to communicate with the staff because no one spoke English. Providing beach umbrellas and chairs by the water's edge would have been nice.

We loved everything! We didn’t want to leave and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t actually like the beaches in Arraial do Cabo and Buzios. The towns are overrated and the beaches were crowded and dirty.
But going back to our hotel beach - Caravelas - always made us happy. We then decided not to leave the hotel anymore. It had everything we needed, a wonderful beach, peaceful, clean, our paradise! We loved our room, it was modern, and yet rustic and cozy, the bed was comfy, and I loved my towel warmer. The staff was so friendly and had great food and wine recommendations… The hotel also had a great swimming pool area, sauna, massages, not to say yoga and meditation; which I wish I had enjoyed more - and the highlight for us: the restaurant!
We are foodies and had every meal at the hotel restaurant so we could try every item on the menu! Spectacular, one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve ever been to. For future guests: try the hot rolls with watermelon, the arancini and the kafta. And the lemongrass tea! Divine.
Although it might seem to be part of the charm, we didn’t understand how a hotel that is so well built, designed and kept can’t do something to make the road there just a little bit better. It’s pretty bumpy, I hope next time we visit they are able to fix those roads.

The worst part was the leaking air conditioning, with water drops making huge noise preventing us from getting a good night sleep. After I notified the stuff about this inconvenience, the response was "thank you for letting us know, we will check", without any sincere apologies and even bothering to offer something to compensate (free bottle of water or something). Just different customer service mentality overall.

All the hotel is really incredible.
There's a curly hair woman in the staff which one is a yoga teacher also, that is really disgusting to try to get information or take a conversation with her, besides that never greet people and her yoga class is really poor.

Lot of ants and mosquitos in the room, and there is no a cleaning service daily, just each two days. Also in the breakfast room there was a lot of ants and insects. The staff were not the best, they were not very kind or helpful, well not every one

Everyone was nice with us, they have a vegetarian restaurant which had the best dishes. All facilities were very nice and comfortable.
A clean up lady stole from our room, and the hotel didn't do anything. We complaint and they didn't gave us any answer

This is a fairly new hotel, with good facilities including a yoga room, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and it’s right on Caravelas Beach. The rooms are fairly spacious as is the bathroom. There is also free parking right in front of the hotel, for those driving their own vehicles.
The orientations from the staff was contradictory at times, depending on who you talk to. Before arrival I inquired if there was anywhere I could get a bit of work done prior to checkin, as I was arriving before checkin time and I was told that I could work from anywhere I’d like. Upon arrival, the story changed and it was suggested that I worked from a bench, right in front of the reception , which obviously wouldn’t work. There were a few others like this along my stay but nothing that took away from the overall experience. Lastly, the hotel’s restaurant is strictly vegetarian with a relatively small menu, hence factor this in before you book.
