Good
The location is very beautiful, surrounded by woods and gardens. You don't believe you are still in Rio. Their restaurant is excellent and the waiting staff is perfect. If you are staying for the night, make sure to stay in one of the new rooms in the extension area.
The old rooms are hard to use, unless you are young and in great shape, because the bed is in the loft level and the bathroom is on the ground. The stair is very steep and dangerous. The new rooms are much better but you need to take almost 80 steps upstairs to get to the main building to have breakfast. The road to reach this hotel is in bad shape and has dozens of speed bumps. It's a place to stay and not to use as a base to visit the city. Go for the restaurant and not for the rooms.

The bedroom is upstairs from a very dangerous stairs almost 70 degrees!! Only suitable for young people!! Dinner was very expensive also!!

It is beautiful, surrounded of nature, make you feel disconnected
We had a problem with our car, a random Uber crashed into our parked car, and as soon as the staff looked away, he ran away. We asked to the staff about the plate number or something with no answers. Lucky us for having an insurance, but they should take more responsibility for the cars left on their premises, have cameras, so that the guest can rest easy knowing that his car is safe.
