I have stayed at the Grand Windsock 4 times now, each time in the 3 bed 2 bath villa with a private pool. They are so clean my grandmother would have approved. They are also modern and the staff is fantastic esp. Marjorie and Ryan who have become true friends. They all go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. We have never had an issue with anything!! They have a bar at the main pool area and another across the road at the restaurant a short walk away. They have a great dive shop at the Windsdock with a gift shop for divers/snorkelers. There is no beach but you can snorkel or dive from the stairs. Ill be back for my 5 th trip soon ?

Modern style, location / proximity to great diving and easy navigation, The restaurant beach club across the street was great for coffee, sunsets, etc. it was awesome to have a dive shop on location.
The villas or apartments that had patios on the main road were very loud. There was no air-conditioning in the main family room, dining area and kitchen area so it got pretty stuffy.

Its very clean, the area is very safe and the staff is very nice.
We had some problems with the electricity, the stove and wasmashine had some errors, but we manage. What we missed was an extra tv in the rooms.

We had an excellent stay at Grand Windsock. The location is great with a quick drive into town and beaches. Our suite was well equipped with everything we needed, and it was clean, spacious and modern. The complex itself was quiet and well maintained with a beautiful pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back one day.

The mini pool. The Intern at the Front Desk was very kind. I think she was called Babs.

The view on the balcony of the penthouse was incredibly nice on Kralendijk you could see the beach and sea and the cruise ships very nice.
That there was no elevator only stairs to get to your room. Very difficult for elderly..

the room was very clean, and comfortable, everything you needed
all the equipment was 220 v, no 110 V so i had to ask at the check. One day i was at the pool i wanted a smoothie, when i went to the bar the lady saw me and went out of the bar leaving me standing there. the next worker came and told me that he cannot make the smoothie for me because one worker went grocery shopping and I had to wait 30 min to an hour. WHAT! really. He didn't offer me not a glass of water while I was waiting and never told me that the one with the grocery came back to make my smoothie.
