We had an excellent stay at Grand Windsock. The location is great with a quick drive into town and beaches. Our suite was well equipped with everything we needed, and it was clean, spacious and modern. The complex itself was quiet and well maintained with a beautiful pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back one day.

We loved the resort and being at the beach front area provided was nice.
It could be cleaned more on the grounds. The pool was not super clean.

The mini pool. The Intern at the Front Desk was very kind. I think she was called Babs.

The view on the balcony of the penthouse was incredibly nice on Kralendijk you could see the beach and sea and the cruise ships very nice.
That there was no elevator only stairs to get to your room. Very difficult for elderly..

the room was very clean, and comfortable, everything you needed
all the equipment was 220 v, no 110 V so i had to ask at the check. One day i was at the pool i wanted a smoothie, when i went to the bar the lady saw me and went out of the bar leaving me standing there. the next worker came and told me that he cannot make the smoothie for me because one worker went grocery shopping and I had to wait 30 min to an hour. WHAT! really. He didn't offer me not a glass of water while I was waiting and never told me that the one with the grocery came back to make my smoothie.

It was new and clean. Nicely appointed.
I would rather not walk across the street for drinks and food but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. You need a dunk tank on property for gear washing.

Let's begin with the hospitality of staff (Kevin) from the moment we stepped off the plane and greeted/taken to resort. Accommodating, friendly and helpful continued throughout entire stay. The villa was situated in a beautiful 'home-like' setting. Everything needed for a short stay was present. Grand Winsock beach club dining directly across street from resort and Te Amo/Donkey beaches a walkable distance as well. Very convenient.
Quiet, beautiful and a safe environment. We'll be back many times over.

Most everything. The villa was beautiful, clean, and well prepared for guests.
Having the excellent Wannadive facilities on premises is a big plus for SCUBA enthusiasts.
The Ocean Club beach & restaurant is great.
The pool wasn’t as clean as we’d like.
The outside laundry washer closet smelled funky. We noticed it when outside in the patio area.
No access to additional bedding. My son likes to sleep with a heavier blanket. The beads only had sheets.
