We’ve never experienced anything like this before.
The managers (also owners) Gerard and Milena, were having a BBQ themselves and without us even asking, they brought us some grilled meat and an incredibly pasta salad. It was delicious.
The resort is pleasantly small, peaceful, and full of greenery and birds and yet still close to the sea and the town center. Wonderful.
We will definitely come back here.

This is basic lodging that is comparatively a very good value. Two blocks from the water, quiet, had a small fridge, cooktop, coffee maker. I felt safe. Staff are not always on location but were responsive via text when I had a question. f you want a place to sleep and shower and make yourself a light meal, for a good price, it's great.

The resort exudes a wonderful Caribbean feel. Plenty of greenery and a relaxed atmosphere, all nestled in a residential area, close to the boulevard. It's a two-star resort, but it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds, good and quiet airconditioning and a lovely pool.

Irene was a fantastic host, and she made sure the check-in process was very seamless. As a solo traveller, Dive Hut had everything I needed -- clean rooms, swimming pool, kitchenette, close proximity to restaurants and other attractions

We were very happy with our two week stay.
The location is very convenient to many restaurants, shops, and snorkeling areas. We were warmly welcomed and given a great deal of information about the area and the island. It was very easy to contact the manager throughout our stay. Clean towels were provided 2x each week and our unit was cleaned 1x a week. There is a scooter rental across the street with very reasonable pricing. Enjoyed many afternoons by the pool. Wi-Fi was adequate for our needs. Also assisted with transportation from the airport on the night of our arrival.
Cable TV didn’t work while we were there but Netflix and Prime was available

Location in Kralendyk.
Neither old nor new management seems to understand customer service.
Internet didn’t work in bedroom at all, on and off in the kitchen. Coffee machine had three kinds of mould growing in it and was never returned when asked to clean. Not a single hook for a towel in the bathroom! This is an island where people dive/ swim / etc. Barely any electric sockets but why bother to charge the phone if one can’t use the internet anyway ,I suppose.
Room number 4 behind the kitchen offered according smells and sounds from the adjacent mexican restaurant.
A move to another room which was supposed to have a better wifi signal was offered- without a reduction in price however. The offered room would have had no studio kitchen so it would have been a downgrade and been accordingly cheaper.
The music from the restaurant was loud on the premises.
It rained heavily one night and no one bothered to dry the cushions in the outdoor seating area for an entire week, the soggy cushions were stilllying on the bench when I left. The new owners didn’t seem to have an eye for this either, or lack of interest.
Basic accommodation is fine - it’s the customer service and attention to detail that makes the difference !

The owner was nice and friendly and there was always enough parking.
The rooms were quite spartan with nowhere to unpack your clothes. Just one small table.
The pool area was across the road.

There wasn't much to like unfortunately. The woman who ran the place was kind, but the facility was really bad.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The room was small and the kitchen was barely usable. Everything was outdated. The wifi was AWFUL. I've been to Bonaire 20 times and this was by far the worst accomodations that I have experienced.

The dive hut team is epic, friendly and accommodating! Even when we got stranded for a couple of extra days they immediately helped us out and found another room for us! Can't wait to get back :)

The hotel is very laid back. Also, the host Robbert-Jan is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. He is helpful and provides you with good tips.
During my 5 night stay, my room wasn't cleaned once, the rubbish bins weren't emptied (so in the end I had to put rubbish next to it on the floor). Also, toilet paper wasn't replaced, I had to go and request it at the reception desk a couple of times myself.
