Needs update on various amenities in the room. Bathroom sink exceptional small. No night lights or bedside lamps. No comfortable switches to turn off lights. Bedding out of date. Most of the time no front desk on duty… only available by phone.

I could clearly hear the neighbors talking, as well as their loud snoring in the middle of the night, which made it very difficult to fall asleep. Since we could hear them so easily, they could probably hear us too. The hotel was also difficult to find, and there was no elevator.

The room doesn’t have a microwave.

The person at the front desk didn’t know how anything in the room worked, couldn’t find the key to the safe. The mattress was a combination of springs and cement…. The cleaning person was very ‘aggressive’. The cigarette smoke in the foyer was hard to take…

Wifi not good

Entrance was tough to find at first as there is no exterior signage that I saw. You have to walk through Bubbles restaurant to get to the front desk.

No hot water, problem with WIFI. I was not able to connect to the ZALTV the tv app that the hotel recommended. There was nobody available at the front desk to help with the WIFI problem.

Internet wifi

The room I had is the smallest and with it the bathroom, understandable. But there can be at least a small shelve in the shower area to put your soap or bathing lotion while you shower. Another electrical outlet in the room would be great. All outlets are used by installed appliances, so you need to unplug something to obtain an outlet in the room.

The bed mattress is very hard,not good for my back.

Bathroom was small and could not hang items or towels. No place to put your soap in the shower. Bottom edge of the shower looked rusty giving it a nasty feeling . Water did not run off properly .

The facility through Booking.com allows guests to make a direct reservation for the room type they prefer. This was done on my behalf approximately three weeks in advance. However, despite this straightforward request, the hotel ultimately failed to fulfill the agreed-upon accommodation. That said, I appreciate that, following extensive negotiations, a compromise was reached in which I was at least provided with a room that included a modest window, allowing some natural daylight during the morning. The room itself had three doors: one serving as the main entrance, and two additional doors on the right-hand side of the room. Unfortunately, none of these auxiliary doors had locks or any form of secure latch, raising significant concerns about privacy and safety. As a result, anyone with minimal skill from an adjacent room could potentially access the space unexpectedly, with all the potential consequences that such a security lapse may entail—for either the guest or any involved parties. Behind the bed, there was also an inaccessible switch, along with exposed wiring and a poorly maintained wall, which could pose health risks—especially for individuals with allergies, as dust accumulation in such conditions can be problematic. Moreover, the bed linens were torn or had visible holes in various areas. These were not changed regularly during room cleaning. Instead, attempts were made to conceal the damaged and unclean parts of the sheets and pillows with the bed covers. Additionally, the room I occupied lacked any "Do Not Disturb" signage—neither in physical form nor digitally—contrary to what was depicted in promotional photos of the hotel. This absence further undermined the sense of privacy and guest control over their environment.
