love the beach amenities. The wait staff was very good. Very well take care of property
distance to our room at 8110. On two sperate days glasses left on balcony were not cleaned up. Not enough blankets. Actually, there were no blankets. No coffee creamer even though we asked several times

Beautiful surroundings, amazing garden like grounds which can’t be easy to maintain in a dry locale. Wonderful friendly staff.
It’s understandable that a trip to Bonaire comes with a higher price tag than most trips “down south”. It would be nice if they had a meal plan for suppers to keep the price of eating out reasonable.

Location is very nice, a few minutes by car out of Kralendijk and close to grear snorkeling spots.
The cmplex itself is well maintained with big pooös and ocean access.
There were quite a few things that added up over the time of our stay:
The shower doesn't turn really warm and after mentioning it to the front desk, they said that it doesn't really run hot and the only thing we could do is wait a bit longer or turn the handle a different way.
The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable and the room was damp all the time and smelled strongly like vinegar.
Poor system of beach towels as mutltiple times they didn't have any - this shouldn't happen at a beach resort.
Also, unfortunately, the absolutely not suitable for vegans. No true breakfast option, only 1 out of 4 restaurants had 1 vegan option (vegan burger) and we got told they can't accommodate as they are very understaffed. Also, no labels at breakfast buffet and when I asked for information about dairy and eggs, the reaction was very annoyed.

Beautiful resort. Snorkeling from shore, lounge chairs for all, attentive and kind staff. Can’t beat it.
Breakfast buffet is too expensive for what you get and there are no other options on the property.
Would suggest bringing your own groceries.

It was beautifully laid out and there are multi pools and restaurants. I spent hours in a hammock by the beach in heaven.
I loved it all but be prepared because the food at the beachfront restaurant was pricey. $26 for a salad is a lot.

It was a beautiful property. Well maintained, beautifully landscaped and has beachfront and a pier to snorkel off of! There are two lovely pools both with food and drink steps away. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Special call out to James and Sammy who helped me with a nasty wound while snorkeling at another beach. Also, important to rent one of their four wheel vehicles to explore the island. Fanny was helpful with the entire process!

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. There are comfortable beach chairs available, and the views are absolutely stunning.
Breakfast was definitely a highlight, the pastries were fresh and delicious, there was a great selection of fruit, and the eggs were cooked exactly to your preference. The restaurants are a bit pricey, but Café Kolo is a great option with tasty pasta and pizza at a more reasonable cost.

The site is beautiful. The water and the reef is a biodiverse wonderland.
Hot water showers would be nice. Four days and only had it once, even though we let hotel staff know. Language is an issue. At the breakfast buffet our custom order omelettes were given away. I got a tomato omelette and I don't like tomatoes. She gave away my meat lovers omelette. Not cool.

Nice pool although the pool in the back needed cleaning Nice lounge chairs looking at the ocean. Storage lockers for dive stuff cleaning staff was nice
Room not available at check in time. No mention that all plugs were European. Front desk and restaurant Staff seemed disorganized. Key card stopped working after one day. Keys literally fall apart if they get wet. Parking was lacking in hotel lot . Poor internet So glad we cancelled our first week there where we had booked a 2 bed apt. My daughter had to work remotely and it would have been a disaster. Reviews correct about the internet.
