The outside pool, restaurant and the reception were ok.
To be completely fair, I had booked the hotel with a black friday deal, so i am guessing they gave us the worst room they had. While the room was big, everything looked old, unkept and quite frankly a below 2 star motel. The room was not cleaned properly-or appliances were so old, they looked dirty. But was the biggest dissapointment was that after a very early morning trip, we checked in the hotel and went directly to bed for a nap, only to wake up 2 hours later full of mosquito bites. The room was fully infested with mosquitoes. All in all quite a dissapointing experience, and i think i could've stayed at a much better hotel on the island, at even the discounted price i paid for this one.

It felt Luxurious. I liked the swimming pool area and the restaurant, buffet and the bar.
The fact that they offered me Rica fruit punch at the restaurant when I ordered fruit punch to drink threw me OFF. When paying so much to stay at a luxurious hotel/resort, please serve quality made drinks. They did have the fruitpunch cocktail, but only at the bar.

We stayed in the new villa next to the infinity pool with views of marina entry and beach with amazing daily sunsets. We loved the apartment and its modern minimalistic but comfortable design and layout.
My son and I did PADI OPEN COURSE with Toucan Diving located on site with instructor Steve. He was patient, detailed, encouraging with great positive attitude. We started in the confined water (pool on site) and then moved to house reef 18 Palms. Steve took his time to trained us and get our certification, so we were prepared for our first boat dives in bigger group. Big thank you to Steve and rest of the team @ Toucan diving. They made our trip exceptional!
Beach towels deposits. I understand to keep everyone accountable so there are no towels spread everywhere, but I felt that was little too strict.

They have some amazing renovations with great vibe and esthetic and the views were great. Having their own beach was nice.
The staff were hit or miss. Sometimes they were very friendly and attentive but others were pretty rude. We also stayed while they had construction so it was pretty noisy. However, the front desk compensated for this inconvenience.

The food & wine was fantastic. I typically don't have high expectations for good with all inclusive places but this place exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent ?. We would love to come back. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and it was newly decorated. It was very comfortable.
Although the check in was delayed they accommodated us.

Perfect location on this tropical paradise of Bonaire. Close to you can imagine, perfect diving/snorkeling, town, shops and the airport. All within 5 min walk or drive.
Still under construction, however looking at all the new facilities, like reception, dinner, swimming pool, I am sure the new Spa and Casino will be just as impressive.

Delicious food, beautiful resort, had everything we needed. The resort is going through a large revamp currently and is nearly finished, will just get better.
Everything is aesthetically pleasing in terms of design but somewhat poorly constructed in terms. Didn’t negatively impact our stay too much. We were there over Christmas / New Years and the staff was obviously overwhelmed given they’d just finished the renovation. This meant requests were slower sometimes, but the staff were all very kind and trying really hard so I think this too will just continue to improve.

The food was of good quality and the staf in the restaurants are really nice and friendly. If you order a drink ask what drinks are canned. Coke and sprite is postmix (really bad)
50 procent of the hotel is GETHO, no joke check my pictures and full story on Trip Advisor.
All inclusive is NOT all inclusive for example they say all coffee is inclusive but we ordered at the bar 2 cappuccino and they charged us 10 US dollar. (Because we don’t drink regular milk (allergy) not there problem… We should take the coffee from the buffet if we want it free. There they only have regular milk… so not an option for us/ BTW: That’s not in the contract what we need to sign upoin arrival. See picture.

Beatiful beach and diving spot. Great central location. Dive school greatly recommended.
Rooms are dated, the rest of the hotel is still a construction site. All inclusive concept brings out the worst in many guests. Expensive.

great location, 20 min walk to the city center, fantastic hotel reef where you can meet turtles, eagle rays, dolphins and lots of colorful fish, exceptional diving team at Toucan Diving, Lau, Sven and Spider deserve special mention, thank you for unforgettable moments under water and on the boat!

We liked the one night that wasn’t buffet. Our room was lovely with a beautiful view. Housekeeping came every day. We met many friendly guests. We enjoyed snorkeling the house reef.
Food could have been better. Not much variety. Didn’t like the $45 charge for a shore dive.
