Beautiful colonial style architecture. Hotel located only meters from the main plaza. Clean, spacious room with a Juliet balcony. Comfortable queen sized bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Simple breakfast, but sufficient.

It has a nice looking courtyard and terrace and of course the best location in Sucre being next to the plaza
Unreliable slow internet was very frustrating. Due to the open courtyard you could hear a lot of outside noise in your room

The location is fantastic! Super central and very near the main plaza and other sights. Thanks to the night shift staff as I arrived very early in the morning. Lovely lobby and the room had an old world feel to it. Staff at the reception and breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. Great stop to rest and relax, even though the price might be a bit more than other hotels. The lights in the room were pretty lovely and gave a nice feel to the whole ambience.
The cleaning team had different ways of tidying the rooms and replenishing the towels, though am already grateful for the daily service.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.
Also, we arrived at 6:30am & knocked on the door. They let us check in early for an extra 190 bs.
The breakfast. They didn't have water at the buffet area. They also made the eggs only with butter. We did ask if they could make it without butter, they said that's all they had ?

It is very clean, the location is excellent and the staff very friendly.
The pillows were too high and hard but I requested softer ones and got them
There is no table, vanity or stool in the bathroom. So, that was an inconvenience.
You have to request a hair dryer and a space heater.

The location is excellent and the room was spacious
Although written on the facilities as air-conditioned, there was no air conditioner in the room. On the related question to the reception staff we were answered that it refers to a stove for the winter (also nowhere to be seen)
Not that we expected something better for the money but the air conditioning was a reason to choose it over other hotel so it was obviously misleading
The staff wasn't much enthusiastic to assist or recommend (maybe due to communication problem)
