Well located and helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage and hang out in common spaces while we waited for our night bus. They called us a taxi and also arranged a ride from the airport in El Alto when we arrived.
TV in room didnt work but we didnt want to wait choir anyways. Just an fyi if your the type that likes to watch tv while in a hotel.

Good location in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants etc. Staff gave me early breakfast before a bus trip.
The toilet in my room ran all night. Didnt have a chance to tell the staff before I left. Easily fixed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has nice fruits, especially papaya, also the coffee is freshly brewed and the eggs are freshly made. The location is great, less than 2 min walk to Sopacachi. The room was clean and had all that you need.

The staff is amazing. I experienced horrible altitude discomfort. it's was so bad, I couldn't leave the bed. Girls on the reception went to the pharmacy for me and got me pills, Milda got me oxygen, so I managed to sleep a bit. I could not ask for more. Coffe, tea facilities, and water were available 24/7
I was fine with everything. For the money you pay, it is good.

My only recommendation would be that they fit the rooms with a small table for those of us who travel for work. I got one in my second stay and it made all the difference! I loved my stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay in Museo - so much so that we ended up using it as a hub and returning 3 times between different tours in the Altiplano region. Bright, airy, modern and really interesting with the little museum area. Staff were excellent and incredibly helpful - letting us check in early after an overnight bus ride, and storing our bags each time we left. Very comfy rooms. Location for us was excellent - short walk (note it's uphill so not as short coming back!) into Soporcachi a nice area of La Paz with plenty of cafes and restaurants but also quiet and relaxing compared to the city centre.
The 2 small things that were't perfect - our room was just outside the lounge and breakfast room, so could be a little noisy if other guests were outside. The breakfast had lots of fun interesting bits to try (like Coca) but lacked just a couple more simple breakfast staples - like oats and a nicer selection of breads.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. Due to our early flight, arrived much earlier than the checking time, but they allow us to access our room, which was very much appreciated. They have a family room which was spacious a great for my husband and two teens (those who travel with family know that it is not always easy to find adequate accommodation since the traveling world is designed mostly for couples), so we are thankful that they had one family room. The premises have the charm of having been a house, and currently a museum with interesting things on display. We were there during a weekend and couldn't access the museum rooms, but were told that the manager often personally conduct visit with all the explanations, during week days. Breakfast was excellent. They also have a nice patio, and the location (Sopocachi) is very good, we did tons of things just walking or taking the funicular. Every room has its own name and seem to be different from the others. Many charming details all over the building. On our departing day we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time, but the staff made it for us more than half our before the regular starting time, which was really appreciated. A true boutique hotel at a competitive price.
For us, it wasn't a problem this time, but if climbing stairs, is an issue, or the guest uses a wheelchair, this place has several sets of stairs to climb including accessing the lobby (no elevator). I had to travel a few months ago with a broken leg, and that's makes more aware of accessibility issues. Other than that, the place is great and I will book it again when coming back to La Paz

Breakfast was good
We only stayed for 1 night whereas we paid for a 3 nights stay. The bed was much too small, the mattress too old, the heater did not work and there were no blacked out curtains. Wifi was slow

Great breakfast and staff!
There were some issues with plumbing and in the shower, but one room had a great shower and the staff helped as quickly as they could with the plumbing issue that was not their fault.
