Nothing, they made my stay in La Paz the worst.
The property smells, the breakfast was really bad and the personnel was unfriendly. I left the hotel early because I was so unsatisfied with their services.

Rooms are clean and comfy pillows. Very nice staff.
There was a very nasty smell at the lobby. Apparently they were remodeling .

Lovely room. Lovely staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist kindly arranged for our room to be cleaned first so we could check in early. After a sleepless night on a bus, this was very welcome as we fully expected to have to wait until 2pm to use the room. They were also helpful booking taxis for us.

The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was really good and service excellent. The team are friendly and respectful. Booking a taxi to and from the airport was easy and quickly taken care of by them.
