Kindness of the staff.
The name of the hotel made me think it was at the beach. That wasn't the case. Had to drive a couple of minutes before seeing the sea.

The staff courtesy and property's ambience.
The property needs to improve on its maintenance culture. In addition, complementary water and tea was not provided as was supposed to be the case with an hotel of such caliber.

The Location
There was No complimentary drinks or Water in room. The wifi quality was Slow. Difficult to communicate all french speaker no English speaker. The bedsheets are not replaced new. Same bedsheets an pillow covers are used & Dirt Marks. Rooms were Dusty not cleaned well even the bathroom in Dust no Deep cleaning.

Comfortable bed and location.
Very few options of the restaurant’s menu were available. The shower in my room was leaking. They have a fridge where you can buy beverages and yogurt, but they don’t keep it on all the time.

I just stayed at the sun beach hotel Cotonou and I noticed my reservation email address was not correct and when I got to the hotel they didn’t even tell me and they didn’t give me any receipt I just only filled a form the room was bad bad bad stuffs bad everything bad elevators re not working very poor for that amount of money that I paid
