when I arrived they put me in a different room than the one on my booking (fan not air con) and charged me more. they didn't like the discounts i got for being a genius 3 member of booking.com, and refused to honor that price. That room also had cockroaches and plenty of bugs to bite me all night. For the next day, I made a new booking on booking.com because they refused to match the price when I showed it to them. I told them they could move my bags. When I got back that evening they said they had sold the room I reserved and I should stay in my previous room, which cost 40% more than what my booking said it should. I refused so they put me in a room infested by bats, which smelled like bat, and had them screeching and scratching all night. At least the bats ate the bugs so no more bites. I was glad to leave. Both times that I checked in, I wasted so much time with reception, and both nights power was lost for long amounts of time. Lastly, at the end they tried to make an issue with booking.com, pretending like i didn't adhere to my original reservation when in fact they gave me permission to change it (arriving two days later) and I have proof of that. This action was deliberately vindictive and they did it after my first negative review (remember, i had two separate bookings).

Everything, they didn't provide any wifi , no option of hot bath and they charged way higher than the price on the booking. Customer service was zero because they kept on lying about the internet. Food was poor.

Few TV channels and mosquitoes.

The rooms on the ground floor take in so much noise from the outside due to the windows that face outside where people walk pass and vehicles also drive by . Those rooms should be for people coming for some short time not people like myself that spent several days .

The egg needs to be fried with tomatoes not much salt. In all put Maggie not salt

The chairs in the sitting room are not to nice
