Wonderful
I like the breakfast probably the best in Cotonou. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The baggage handlers and shuttle drivers are decent and very helpful. The staff is attentive and helpful overall.
The sound of music probably from Djabi lounge Friday night until 4-5am. The check-in procedure could be faster

Good location
For a hotel of such standard, I found it unfortunate that guests had to beg for basic things like towels, hand towels and floor towel. And when you eventually called to ask that such basic items be provided, they brought one item, though I insisted that we were 2 guests in the room . It left much to be desired

Staff were very friendly
I stayed for 3 nights but my last day was bit tragic when I found out that the salad bar at the breakfast was full of insects & cockroaches! I informed the staff about it & asked to replace the food with new one including a cover. Unfortunately, they just apologized without replacing the food .. not cool!

very nice and warm hotel. staff are pleasant, friendly and attentive to needs. the place is secured and the facilities are brilliant. my recommendation is that you could add some entertainment such as lilve music or themed nights on the evenings especially weekends.
