Very Poor
Nothing. The owner of the hotel is so aggressive, TV not working, no room service, ac not working, no hot water, drainage system blocked emitting a fowl smell inside the room, no intercom, cocroaches everywhere, no one speaks English, a waste of money and time, a bad experience.

The owner of this hotel is violent and volatile. Beware of your personal safety.
The owner of this hotel verbally assaulted us after alleging that someone had closed the exterior door to the hotel too loudly. He threatened to call the police on us, told us he would kick us out of the hotel, screamed that we would have to break down our door to receive any refund. When we explained this was inappropriate behavior for a hotel owner/manager, particularly for foreign tourists not fluent in French, he laughed and told us to get out. The owner is violent and volatile. It is not a safe hotel to stay at. We have filed an official complaint with Booking.

Excellent location and premises.
The staff was invasive. They came in at least once a day. Payment details were not clear. I was asked to pay cash in the welcome email. But then, I was harassed during my working hours to go to the ATM. So I had to ask to debit my card.

i liked the location. easy access to beach and the high street. Also nice views of the beach. clean and bright room
there was no room services. during my stay no one came to clean the room. also there is no restaurant.

Wonderful
the property is close to the beach, you could walk to the beach, just be careful crossing the roads. The free WiFi worked very well. There’s hot water in the bathroom for showers ? and Nicole and her team were just A plus ?
I wish, the additional charges mentioned were more specific and you know in advance, not just when you get there that you’ll be charged for electrical bill during your stay.
