Everything was more than expected, it was an amazing trip/stay. But Id suggest a human translator is made available for foreigners to ease communication with locals. Mr Hermann (the manager) is a very hospitable person and his services are top tier even with the language barrier.
The internet was very slow, it was very challenging being that we were foreigners and couldnt subscribe our phones even after it was roamed subscribing is a problem there. So that needs to be fixed.

the place is derelict, most of the facilities like the pool are not functional and there is nothing to do there and they dont have Air-conditioning in the rooms. which in turn made the place too hot in the afternoon. then breakfast is very poor.

It was a beautiful experience, the ambience was wonderful, clean , quiet , and most especially it was nature at its finest. Rooms where amazing especially the master room it was a beautiful view from up there.
