Clean and comfortable. We stayed for 1 more hour after the check out time with no additional charge.
The hotel boy who gave us the towel and slippers told us that they only provide 2 pieces of towels and slippers but I reason out with him that the booking is for 3 guests. We ended up calling the reception to follow up, it took them time but they still gave us whats missing from our request.

I recently stayed at this hotel and booked their one-bedroom apartment. The apartment's size was adequate, and the washroom was clean and spacious. A particularly convenient inclusion was the washing machine provided in the unit. The staff members were attentive and supportive throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's parking facility spanning five floors ensured hassle-free parking. I was pleased to find that the swimming pool was in good working condition, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
Even though the hotel provided all essential amenities, the lack of a hair dryer came as a surprise. Additionally, room service was only accessible upon request.

The reception was very good and the Filipino receptionist was helpful and friendly The hotel in general is very good and the area is surrounded by services. There is Lulu Mall in the back as well and close to all other services Prices are reasonable Cleanliness is good The furniture is very good
