Pool reasonably quiet. Accommodation location good and pool access very good.
No toaster which would have been nice. Lack of sitting chairs in lounge as using sofa bed.
Couldn't get the tv to work.

The location is fantastic and the facilities are good
We booked a room with a garden view, but we were given the wrong room. The mosquitos were millions in the flower pots and we couldn't open the door or the window. The lady wasn't helpful at all, she was suggesting to give us our money back…

Location was excellent, 5 minutes from the lovely beach & Marina.
Nearby to restaurants and St Vlas village.
Clean apartment and great pool.

It was close to everything
Two twin beds next to each other one higher than the other one and very uncomfortable. Can’t smoke on balcony and lights were dark. Washer was leaking and door to bathroom wasn’t closing.

We've stayed her before and were very happy to see that the restaurant had reopened following covid. Nice pool. clean. friendly staff and comfortable apartments. Will be coming back again
Needs a breakfast menu at the resturant - although it had only just been taken over so maybe there are plans in place to expand the menu.

Stairs in the apartment are very steep. This could be a problem with people who struggle on their feet your young children.

The restaurant and the location of the complex.
Sunbeds in poor condition. People reserving sunbeds and not enough sunbeds. Lack of utensils in kitchen. I.E. kitchen plug missing and no toaster.

Didn’t try anything due to the noise. At least he never played at night I suppose ?
There was someone playing their trumpet all day. Never experienced anything like this before. Totally ruined my stay and I couldn’t stay in the apartment as they played most of the day from 9am onwards. Reception said they would speak to the person who was a resident apparently. He never listened and continued every day I was there. Don’t rent out apartments if this guy lives nearby. It’s not fair on the person paying for a relaxing peaceful holiday. The hotel looked fine. All the bad feedback is focused on the constant noise from trumpet player.

Nice view , outside is very nice, lots of nature.
Pool is nice always clean.
Towels were stained. Not very pleasant to receive
stained towels. Not saying they weren’t clean,
just stained. Bed mattress stained as well.
Hotel stuff speak 0 english.
Pool closes after 7 which is too soon in my
opinion. 100leva fee for entering after 7.
Apartment is not that clean that it should ve been.
