Nice location, walking distance to the beach.
Parking was a bit of an issue. We were blocked in at one point and someone put all our window wipers up. The view from our tiny balcony at the side of the building wasn’t great, it was a closed down hotel complex that was a bit of a building site.

It has a good location, just a couple of minutes from the beach and a few more to the North Beach.
The housekeeper was friendly and professional, I got a free upgrade to a queen sized room.
The room was clean and comfortable.

The owner is extremly nice and welcoming, the apartment is very clean. The pool area has a common kitchen where you can get glasses and cutlery but you will have to buy your own drinks at the nearest store, but we already knew that so no problem. It is a 5 to 10min walk from the beach and 10min walk from the city center. Overall excelent experience.

Actually nothing....the garden has some potential but there is still work to be done to improve.
Property pictures are misleading in purpose according to me. The facility list is not true - no real parking,, no wifi, no usable kitchen area (no coffee machine, no cups, no glasses, two spoons and a fork). The bathroom was awful, no clothes hangers, the balcony was half square meter. The room was of poor quality, bed, sheets, pillows were cheap as much as possible and not confirmable at all. Not suitable for families. Property was surrounded by abundant or/and ugly buildings

The location was very good, the rooms were clean and very modern, the balcony was nice with a view. The staff was also very nice.
The property didn’t match the expectations, it was very different to the pictures and descriptions. There is no physical reception at the hotel, the parking is hardly a parking, there is a land in front of the of the hotel for cars but it is too small and cars block each other. The property’s price to quality ratio is not good.
