The location is nice, close to the beach. Many swimming pools and a nice restaurant. The complex is maintained very well!
Very badly maintained apartment, a bunch of stuff was broken, smells bad and it was quite dirty.

Property is close to beach, with several pools. Apartment was clean and had view of sea.
Parking is impossible to find, confirmation stated that "parking spot will be allocated" while in fact receptionist wished me good luck finding parking. There is convenience store in complex, however its overpriced and with unfriendly stuff. Equipment of apartement while clean was beyond aged - there was CRT tv - I did not expect to see one outside museum ...

The location is close to the beach, I liked the view from my terrace to the sea!
Very quiet in the evening.
The territory is not densely built up, behind the houses there is a forest,
so you can enjoy the aroma of pine needles.
Good parking and connections with other towns.
Cleaning was done only once a week.
Towels were also not changed, we had a washing machine, so we washed our
towels ourselves.

We said we wanted a room for 4 adults and 4 little children. The apartment was small for us all and we found dirt in our apartment.

Very Good
The complex looks great, very clean, with plenty of space to walk around. There are 10 pools, scattered around the complex, including sections for kids. The water is clean, but it is not heated. Only 1 restaurant was opened (out of 3). Even though the menu is not that varied, the food is good, even though a bit on the pricey side. The serving was good.
Our room was large (1 bedroom and living room), with an open space kitchen, and a large balcony. It was well equipped, with a decent size refrigerator (not mini one), washing machine, vacuum cleaner, stove oven, iron, plenty of space to store clothes, 2 ACs (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room) etc.
There are 2 big supermarkets very close to the location (around 5', by car). Also, there is a small general supermarket right at the location, with decent prices.
Even though I booked 3 identical rooms (1 bedroom + living room), they were different. One of the apartments, situated in the same building, was poorly equipped, and smaller, even though the price was identical. The apartments did not looked the same way as they did in their presentation pictures (on Booking)!
In 7 days of staying, they didn't change the bed sheets! They only brought us fresh towels, once. Also, they threw out the garbage, and brought us toilet paper only one time, after i talked to a manager about this. In 7 days...
Even though the apartment was sold to accommodate 4 adults, and 2 children, there was 1 double bed in the bedroom (the bed was good), and one small expandable couch in the living room. The couch was awful! It was a real pain sleeping on that! It is impossible for two adults to sleep in something like that.
On the kitchen countertop, we had a lot of ants, even though we cleaned every day. They just reappeared periodically (our room was situated at ground floor). Sometimes, the bathroom smelled really bad, from the bathroom siphon.

I liked that there are several pools, store nearby and the beach was near. Like a little city. The green area is nice and taken care of. I like the privacy, like it was my own appartement.
The room wasn't clean enough when we took it, it had a weird smell, like it was sprayed with a lot of room refresher. The furniture was a bis worn down. The elevator was broken, it took us to a different floor then we pressed. The beach was a less wide then expected, and there is not much to do in the near area.
