This is the 3rd time we have been at this complex. Location and features are nice and good for families with kids but if you can't rest properly in the room then feels like a bad vacation.
In the booking we requested to stay into an apartment at 1st or 2nd floor due to movement difficulty of our son. On arrival it was given an apartment at the last floor. Finally after explaining the situation on the reception they swich apartments to 1st floor. But the room was not clean and all toiletries were missing. On the 2nd night around 2a.m. my son's bed broke. Luckily I carry an screwdriver during travels and I managed to repair the bed. NOT a nice experience. I've also seen a lot of traces that this particular bed was repaired poorly several times. Both single beds from bedroom and the extensible couch from living room were totally uncomfortable. Mattresses were too thin and dirty and you can feel the frames underneath. Sleeping several days on the them is NOT comfortable. They need to renew all the beds and couches.

Nice complex, with flats. 9 pools and plenty of beach.
2 min walk from the beach. Quite, family and pet friendly.
Not crowded at all. plenty of sun lounges and plenty of
space! 2 places to eat on the complex. close to
Nessbar and Sunny Beach.
The flat that we had wasn’t that clean. the kitchen area
was greasy and sticky.
The flat needs a bit of update.

The location was amazing,we enjoy our holidays there,thinking to come back next year as well...

Cleaning of the rooms
Unfortunately it wasn't done a proper cleaning like last time let's say before pandemic,we were there in 2017,2019 and the cleaning were done twice in our staying days ...but hopefully you ll take it into consideration and you will sort it out ASAP as it's just beginning of the summer holidays and maybe you don't have enough cleaning staff

Disappointing
My studio had a very nice sea view. The staff were nice. Pools were clean.
Furniture was horrible. The bed (2 different single beds stuck together in one) was too close to the wardrobe so you couldn't open it fully. I had to step on the bed to see myself in the mirror. The mattresses were uncomfortable, had back pain every morning.

Wonderful
Beautiful place, with lots of green areas an swiming pools, there are 3 nice sandy beaches. You have a nice restaurant and a supermarket in the complex.
Though we had everything we need at hand, it becomes boring after a while.

We observed 2 problems, first was related to TV and was solved very fast (less then 24 hours) and second was related to some ants in one of the rooms. Second problem will need to be solved as we observed ants in bed.

All was perfect! The apartment was really big with a big terrace overlooking the sea equipped with all necessary things (washing machine, kitchenware, baby cot upon request etc). The sea is literally 20 meters from the apartment. The supermarket on the territory of the apartment complex has all needed food and pricing is really modest. There are 10 swimming pools on the territory suitable for all ages and preferences. The territory itself is green, clean and very convenient! We would really like to come back next summer!

The beach is very close ... literally few steps away. The water is not deep. It is ok for kids.
The resort has pools for everyone. For small kids, big kids and for us adults in terms of depth.
Very unfriendly staff. We got a different room than the one we reserved. In 8 days, the room has been cleaned only once and for that we had to ask for it.
The beach is very small compared to the size of this resort and to be honest it could do whit some cleaning.
