Closed complex type resort is a very convenient for a vacation with kid/s. Clean air, a lot of greenery within the complex and outside of it, very calm place for a family vacation, no noise. Room was equiped with everything you needed. Reception staff was very responsive and polite.
Location of the room and way to get to the hotel - if you are with a little kid and needs to carry it all the way to the beach and back ( if you are not using a stroller), it could be very inconvenient to do it. You need to climb a lot of stairs and go uphill to reach the hotel. Some of the devices ( kettle and iron did not work), there was a leak in the bathroom, furniture is cheap and not maintained, electric socket could be easily pulled out from the walls, pillows were dirty...In general cheaply furnished room and not maintained.

The two beds were screwed to each other because one of the beds was broken. It took some effort to take them apart. The room was advertised as having two separate beds. The beds are a bit narrow.
But I was able to sleep.

The pools were ok and distance to the beach
The room we were given had not been properly cleaned: it smelled like rotten food, because there were old potatoes left in the freezer. The cleaning ladies had not checked the freezer and no one cared about the smell, and when checking the oven, there was an old baking sheet left by old guests, so it was clear that very little attention was paid to cleanliness.
After checking in, we called the property and were asked to wait for a call back from the reception. No one called for more than half an hour so we went back to the reception to signal the issue. When asking for a different room, they found one, we went to it and it was a single instead of the double we had paid for. Then they said they can't give us any other room. While the receptionist was trying to find a solution (after already wasting 1.5 hours of our time) a different girl told us that the original room had been cleaned and rudely asked us to follow her and see. So we went a third time to check in and found the original room with a smell of perfume and the freezer cleaned.
Hungry and tired, we accepted the original room. But a few hours after, when coming back ro the room, the perfume smell had gone and the original rotten food smell came back. We discussed with a different person from the reception and finally found a clean room.
Other issues: broken bathroom set, not enough toiletries for two people, broken mosquito net in both rooms - which was signaled to the receptionists and they didn't care at all.
It has the vibe of a 1 star hotel with the rudest staff possible.

Wonderful
I like the pools, the gardens and the sporting facilities of the resort.
The buildings are well situated with nice views to the sea or the forest.
The balcony of my apartment was wide with beautiful view toward the sea.
There should be at least on deep pool, at least 2 meters deep. The pools are wide and nice but the maximum deep is 1.5 meters.

Parking my car 500m far away from the building in the main road, parking in side only for owners
They charged me more than what you (booking.com) confirm rates and when I asked for explanation, they said follow up with booking.com
If you don’t take action I will not use Booking.com any more and I will inform my friends about the same
