We booked the "studio with sea view". Very good value for money. The room is really big. There is no kitchen as you might guess from the pictures, just a sink and a small microwave. You can't make a coffee or cook some pasta. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's good to know. The terrace is also very small but with a nice view. The beach is at 5 minute walk and is the best in Sveti Vlas. Parking is a big problem in the whole area (be very careful where you park!), but you can use local transportation which is very convenient.
It was ok in general. I could criticize the fact that there was no closet, there was only a small mirror in the room, the bed and the pillows were a little uncomfortable.

What I like the best were the location and cleanliness, staff is quite helpful. Mini fridge is doing a good job.
WiFi reception was really bad. The hot water of the shower was not working properly(the hot water of the sink was ok).

The pool was refreshing and the beach beds were always available
The kitchenette was underequipped. If you wish to cook breakfast or dinner on your own, you must be happy with the cold version. There is neither electric kettle nor cooker. The only thing we had and never used was a microwave.

The location is very close to the beach. The hotel was super clean and the room was cleaned everyday. They let us check in earlier than the check in hour.
The hotel needs some serious maintenance work. There was a sealed pipe sticking out 5 cm of the floor right beneath the shower that we called the "toe crusher" as we constantly kicked it with our feet. There was also a huge, non-sealed pipe sticking out of the wall in the second room we booked, just above the TV, where we could hear water flushing from time to time. Also there were electric sockets torn out of the walls, with the cables easily accessible, one of which was just near the bed, where someone could accidently touch the wires while sleeping. Near the pool there was a hatch with a handle made out of copper wire sticking out just enough for someone's foot to get trapped in it, especially during the dark hours. On top of that there were multiple “small” inconveniences like broken tiles in the bathroom, cracked sink, constantly falling toilet seat, multiple screws, some of which rusted on the bathroom walls, bathroom ventilation fan sounding like a WW2 Spitfire airplane, constant buzz sound coming out of the TV. Someone would say “it’s normal for a cheap price hotel” but no price can be an excuse for compromising on hotel guests' safety and health.
