the cleanliness is poor. nobody came to clean the room for the whole period (7 days) and we had to take the garbage out ourselves. the beds, mattresses and bed linens were of very poor quality and uncomfortable. there were also ants ?

We booked apartmant on the beach with view on beach, but our apartmant was located 300,m from beach,we made complaint,it was refused

There could be bar on the beach ?

The administration does not let state emergency services' vehicles on their territory. Our building was approximately 150m downhill from the main road and when my son got ill, the administration did not let the ambulance to drive to the building. Instead they gave a wheelchair to transport my ill son uphill. Even though it might look like a solution and even though the administration looked helpful, it is still quite exhausting and definitely not what you want to deal with (call administration/reception and wait for them to bring the wheelchair and then drive your ill child 150m uphill) if you have emergency situation alone with a child during your vacation. Moreover, after 0:00 o'clock the reception is closed and they also do not allow you to take the only available wheelchair for the night, so I once needed to carry my ill son by myself for this 150m. If you are not a strong man without any back problems, carrying ill child (30 kg weight) 150m uphill might be a challenge for you. I can also assume that in case of fire they wont let fire department vehicles to access the buildings. I have already reported the situation to the police ("General Directorate of Fire Safety and Protection of the Population" of Bulgaria) and hope that they will change the situation! I still think that my son got ill because one of hotel pools had problems with the filter and water became dirty there. In this case they simply cleaned the filter some time later without even closing the pool and/or without putting warning shields there! So if nothing happens and you will not get ill, you can have a really great vacation here. But if you will have any kind of emergency, the uphill way to the road will become a disaster for you. Because of it, it is much easier to simply avoid this place, and select any other hotel nearby instead that will not have any issues with emergency services and their vehicles.

Very old furniture and appliances (they were yellow, not white anymore and had many stains), no washing machine, after 5 days the towels were changed only because we asked. The airco was glued with a tape, as well as the electrical wire from the vacuum cleaner (which was also very old and dirty). I found it was dangerous, so I didn’t use any appliance. The kettle was full of calcar, but they gave us a new one.

Interior and furniture are decent but could be better.

Coffee cup missing, mosquito net, Water was closed in the bathroom, toillet paper missing, the sofas cannot sleep on( the furniture very old probably second hand) , ants în the room, no cable on the small room at tv. Beach very very small. Only one restaurant in the whole complex. Nothing near. Should go in the city. Taxi very expensive.
