Beautiful place - real Eden. Simply everything green and blooming around
Staff is very helpful.
Have to pay for WiFi in apartment for 1 week-that’s funny ?
Hotel’s restaurant pansion is not 5 stars. 4 stars max.
Gym is not free.
Parking is not included and even if you buy a card for 1 week it’s not a guarantee that you will find a parking lot inside.

The view was amazing. The ammenities were nice. The resort was big. The prices were good.

Location was great and staff was helpful and communication easy.
We stayed for 8 nights and had the cleaning done on the 7th day which did not make any sense. We had previously requested cleaning services on the 4 th day , in the middle of our stay to which the host/agreed agreed but could not arrange for this. Not a big issue anyways as all the rest was great.

The fact that no cars are allowed in the complex and also the beautiful gardens.
The rooms are quite old and need renovation.Also the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Agent who brought keys and showed apartment was very friendly. Staff at both beach restaurants and swimming pool bar were excellent! True best pina coladas in town! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of food. I loooooved how quiet this place in the morning. Good programme for families with kids as they have animators who do activities in the evening. Fun. Oh, and Friday-Saturday evening performance at seafood restaurant is a must see. Alex, manager in the same restaurant is the best.
Guys (servers) at breakfast were helpful and fast, there was one girl that wasn't really polite, she looked angry or nervous. Which could be understood as clearly with amount of guests at peak times there were not enough personnel. Was nice to see that team members from other restaurants helped them out, but it must be very tiring for people who work there.
