Clean, everything is perfectly arranged.

Very nice place, it's the 3rd time we go there. I like the pool very much and the Italian Restaurant.

The cleaning

Beach wasn't very crowded, sunbeds and parasols not free but enough space to place your own towel. Breakfast was the same on all mornings but enough variety to try something new every morning (we stayed 5 nights) Dinner had more variety from one day to the other and it was tasty. The staff was pleasant and polite. We had new towels and toilet paper brought to our room every day. The landscaping from the complex is very beautiful with a lot of flowers and green spaces. They have underground parking with 4 levels with enough parking spaces. There is a very well stocked marked on site with fair prices.

The inside garden was really nice, the food was diverse, we had many decent options and were tasty, the beach was close, fine sand, and the water entry was great for kids. We did have one bathtub and a shower so it was perfect for a family of 3. A really good value for money. I liked the beach as it was not crowded. They have a big parking lot, warm inside pool and several small outside pools

Arriving: Upon arriving everything was explained clearly in english at the reception, plenty of staff, they help with the luggage with a golf cart, a very plus at 10pm and after an 12 hour drive. Busboy/helper guy speaks great english and explaines everything additional what you might have missed at check-in. Parking: parking very professional (4 levels + ground level). There are always 5+ free places and maybe 1-2 if you are lucky at ground level if you do not want to use underground parking. Buildins/rooms/apartments: Clean buildings and apartments. Towel changes every day if you want to. Friendly staff but do not expect a deep philosophical conversation with them, no english, but they are there to clean not to chat with you on their worktime. Security on the premises is very reassuring. 1-2+ guys always there. Restaurant: great food. Breakfast and Dinner very ok, lunch could be a little more variety but a solid 8.7/10, tasty and fresh food. If it is not included in the booking it is a little expensive 20BGN for breakfast and 35BGN for one lunch/pers. (children 10 and 17.5 BGN) Complex and pools: The complex is very large, you can walk for 10-15 minutes to see it all, plenty of pools (water is not heated, so you want a 29 Celsius+ weather to enjoy the pools). Pools and its sorroundings are cleaned every day. You can use whichever pool you want and it is not aglomerated even in peak mid.-aug. season. There is a bar at the pool, you van even order from the pool! Great lush green scenery among the buildings and pools. Beach: private-like beach, from the complex you walk down directly to the beach, there are even two elevators if you don't feel like walking 1 minute on stairs. Great beach, great sea water, friendly staff where you purchase chairs and shade if you want to. Shops/restaurants/bars: There is a supermarketm three restaurants and a pool-shop at the complex.

Everything. The garden is truly heavenly. Exceptional beauty. The hotel is comfortable. The food is very good without being exceptional.

We really enjoyed the magical garden. Admiration of the people who take care of it. Comfortable rooms, amazing pools and a nice, quiet beach. Very delicious and rich breakfast.

Great resort. The employees are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back soon.

Very nice complex, like a small city. Lots of pools. The studio had everything you need. Beautiful vegetation, quiet, nice views, very well planned architecture.

The hotel is very nice. It is not a big monster but many small buildings with a lot of gardens in between and several pools are located between the gardens. There is a direct access to the beach from the hotel. The hotel serves a hearty breakfast.

Great overall atmosphere of the whole complex

The kids enjoyed the Complex because it has many pools (indoor as well) and the beach wasn't crowded at the beginning of June so we could play a lot on it. The food was good, the staff was friendly and as a heads-up - not all of them know english. The apartment was ok. If you want to go to Nessebar there are quite a few transportation options.

The beach

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival — everything we needed was readily available and easily accessible. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults, and the bathroom featured both a shower and a bathtub in one. We were especially impressed by the lush vegetation, which added a beautiful and vibrant touch to the surroundings. The pool area was a highlight — clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Whether lounging by the water or taking a refreshing dip, it offered a great way to unwind. The entertainment options were varied and enjoyable, with something for everyone, from live music to engaging activities that added a lively touch to our stay.

The outside is very nice, with lots of green nature.

The view, the vibe, entire complex is build like a park. Very clean and good people. Very fine sand, clean beach. You have a lot of activities, the spa is genius, 3 restaurants inside the complex and also a supermarket. Very clean room, the bed was comfy.
