Pleasant
The room was nice and comfortable and adequate for 2 adults and 2 children, cleaners came and were always happy and helpful, security onsite and are really lovely.
The property was advertised as 900m to the beach, it is a good 20 minute walk if not longer and there isn’t much about, you need to walk to the beach for the bars and restaurants etc.

The apartment is close to everything. There is a supermarket next to the place. You can go to sunny bitch and waterpark.
Cleaning room.
We were 8 days Nd only one time come and chaing towels. At the room was 2 toilet paper. We ask more but we need to go to the receipt for that. So only one
time we get. I offer them every day send cleaning room and toilet paper. We were 6 people at the room.

I was positively surprised about how clean and nice the flat was. Bare in mind, all the flats or apartments are different. So I can only speak about ours in the building C4
It was 23min walk everyday to the town Center and 26 min to the beach.

Plenty w swimming pools in the area. Resort was closed from outside. Safe place, very good for holidays with children

Nice apartment, equipped pretty well. Placement is in a quiet place in a residence area.
The extensible sofa is a bit small if you are a tall person. It's placed on the 3rd level (last floor) of the building and you might find this hard to get to if you have a problem with stairs hence no elevator is available.

swiming pool near by apartment, at begining was watter good, but after serval day got so cold, that sea was warm cofe in comparesment. Small market nearby with all basic stuf needed, small playground near by pool. Parking in front of apartments, if you find free place.
I booked Waterpark Fort apartments, but we were placed in Nessebar Fort apartments. Altough travelling with 3 small kids -(one needed stroller) we got apartment in 4 floor, buildings have no elevator. All AC were realy noisy and smelly. Sleeping with opening windows was not possible as near by was restaurant with live music up to 1 am and this every night, like bonus to it sporadicaly with fireworks near to your window. Tiny walls within the apartment, when someone was using toilet you had feeling like he is doing it just next to you. Water in shower barely floating away. Realy, realy unconfortable and noisy beds. Changing towels after 5 Days! Not after 3 as announced, luckily we had own ones. Broken power cord with hanging cables from wall. Whole equipment was top from 90´. Apartment would definetly needed complete renovation. Washing service 30Leva for 5kg with drying, in city 8 Leva. Restaurant also overpriced but serving cheapest quality food, so use only in emergency case. Better go for lunch menu to city. Its cheaper and taste beter. Kitchen is not maden for family cooking, as fridge too small so barely something will fit in. Apartment are on rush street with no crossing posibility (fe. zebra) Crosing bridge with elevator was realy far far away from our location and oposite direction of city centre.

Close to the water park, which is worth visiting.
Good facilities.
Away from the beach. 20 minute walk. There is no way in hell that there are 800 meters to the beach. The description is a lie.
Matresses are not very comfortable.

the curtains at all room are transparent so light enters at 05:30 and it is hard to sleep with light.
