Warm host/ administartor. Looking stylish as design the looby and the elevator. Also the pool was in great condition. The bed was comfy, all facilities in the kitchen, beside the coffe machine. Parking was free and right near the hotel.
Maybe a little too far from the beach and from the supermarket, but was ok overall. The cleaning stuff only visit us only once in 4 days) for fresh towels.

Air conditioning only in the living room, not in the bedroom. Only street parking which can be difficult to find when busy.

Accommodation was amazing, rooms are comfort and clean. There are three pools, for adults, for kids and jacuzzi. Garden is beautiful. You can park the car in front or on the back of the hotel for free. Every room have their own WiFi, so the connection can not be bad. Pools are clean but the water in big one for adults was cold, I suppose because our vacation was in September. Inside the jacuzzi the water is amazingly hot and nice for the kids also. Actually everything was perfect and more than we have expected.
We will be back I hope next year again ?

The apartment was great, fully equipped, the hotel has a beautiful garden with 2 pools (one for children) and a heated jacuzzi. The playground was good for our kid to play while we served breakfast or dinner in the garden from the restaurant which has very, very good food. The blonde lady from the restaurant was really kind. The staff was helpful and communication on WhatsApp was really fast. 24h supermarket near the hotel.
There was a strange noise from the corridor,outside the room every evening.
The beach is 10 minutes away by foot and Nessebar Old Town is 15 minutes by car.
The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and the bed had a really hard mattress.
