Very Good
Really quiet place, with a view on the pool and some kind of yard. If you wish to sleep in a quiet area and just have some family time, it is a nice place to get. Very chilly place with a nice balcony. if you want to spend your time on a balcony, ask for a wider if there is one available, which would be great.
There are some other options nearby with a nicer look but closer to the road and noise, so it depends on what you need and what you could afford or want to spend on.

Very beautiful building and clean. Nice pool behind the house and elevator inside. Deluxe double bedroom apartment was beautiful and clean. Kitchen were with some primary things. Nice balcony. Loundry machine was very helpful. Good comfortable and big beds. Stuff were helpful, on a call
There is no administration, so if there is a problem, you should call or find someone. In the room was kitchen, but there wasn' t all the primary things you need for cooking ( sharp knife, small pot). No microwave or oven.
It was sad that nobody didn't clean the room or changed the towels or added the toilet paper ( we were there over the week). If we washed our towels, it was difficult to dry them on the balcony. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so all the room was wet after showering.
We asked for hair dryer and iron before arrival but they were not provided

Location, 10 minutes walk to a beach 20 minutes to the centre of Sunny Beach.
Nice and quiet area to rest and sleep at.
I liked the fact that staff was approachable and when I asked for a kettle, it was provided immediately.
Boiler did not work.
Kitchen sink was constantly blocked and leaking under sink.
Water was on the bathroom floor after every shower.
All of this was reported to the manager.

We booked a room in the annex building, so the building was new and modern, it’s placed in a quiet place. The room is very spacious and nice.
The beach is about 10-15 minutes to walk, there is a short cut to the beach but the road doesn’t have street lighting. The building is provided with an elevator, as well.
The administrator has a good vibe.
The private parking is in front of the building.
