Only the location
To expensive for the facility which they provide, poor breakfast quality, hotel charge extra money for parking which must be free and no security at all to look after the cars. Staff is not friendly at all and must be pushed to finish a task which is requested.

Pleasant
It was close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean. The outside restaurant was quite nice, good food and reasonable pricing.
The hotel staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, found them unhelpful. Breakfast was chaotic with no guests wearing masks, very crowded, staff was just looking on, just unwelcoming. Food was average with limited selection. Proximity to beach clubs made it noisy late into the night.

I love this place and my children too! Everything was perfect. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. Cleaning everyday. The staff was very friendly and kind!
