To be honest not a lot. I am not fussy and believe a holiday is what you make it. I would not return here or recommend it.
initial room was so dirty we got bites. We had to be moved. Rooms did not have a kettle or any crockery. Lift constantly breaking down. Food was poor, selection and quality of drinks poor. Pool area dirty, not cleaned previous night. Definitely not worth paying all inclusive. Door handle came off in our hand. Lights hanging off the wall and electrical socket with no cover

I do not recommend this hotel at all! Please, if you want to look for an ok hotel in Sunny Beach, never think of Riviera Blue. The apartament with balcony is actually a disastrous place. The furniture was made in pieces, the sockets were sticking out of the wall, there were no lights in the bathroom and the balcony was shared with another room. After requests, our room was changed to a double room. The TV didn't work there, we didn't have towels or toilet paper and the cleaning lady didn't come into the room at all the whole week. The food was not diversified at all. We were served with pieces of bread and cold food. At meal time, there was a 20-30 minute wait in line to eat, we felt as if we were prisoners of an acceptable prison. The pool was dirty and the employees were totally disinterested. I would like to find a good thing about this hotel, but I can't.

The air-conditioning in the room.
No kitchen facilities in the room. Rooms were dated and dirty. No bed bases, 2 mattresses stacked to make a bed. Elevator constantly breaking down. Loungers were dirty. Poor selection of drinks, served in plastic tumblers. Food was diabolical. Put trays of slop into bain Marie that wasn't even warm. Bought our own drinks and mixers at shop across the road. Ate out at Kassandra's and Cactus jaks.

Worst experience in Bulgary.
The room was extremely dirty. We used our things to cover the dirty bed. No cleaning service for 6 days. The food very poor and with extremely bad taste. I really don't understand
how this hotel is functioning and moreover how it is functioning in all inclusive program.

Food was good enough, not such a big variety of dishes, but it was more than it could be expected from a 3* hotel and for the price it is paid (about 20 EUR / person / night). It is a perfect balance price-quality.
Drinks were…”drinks”, kind of a standard domestic beverages you can get also at all inclusive 4* hotels in BG. Have to admit, I’d have loved to get a bit better beer. No vermouths and bitters, but enough spirits. Finally, can’t complain.
Swimming pool is really nice - large enough and clean.
Rooms are clean, no draining issues in bathroom, no bad smell, so no problems at all with the rooms.
I'd recommend the hotel to decent people who can understand the value of money. Not recommended for cheap people willing to pay almost nothing but expecting to get the services and quality of a 5* resort.
Once again, from my point of view it is a really perfect balance price-quality.
Music is bad - only some clubbing/house music with a very short playlist repeating at every 45 minutes. It was really annoying.
Moreover, during my staying in the hotel there were some guests asking the staff to put a “music” called manele. Unfortunately the staff accepted that from time to time, so all guests were forced to listen to that disgusting “music”.
