Wonderful
The hotel is located in a quiet place, the amenities, services , breakfast, etc
It would have been nice to use the garage for parking instead of outside in the streets

The building was nice with some view which was acceptable, nice court yard with a swimming pool area. Beautiful flower arrangements. Good breakfast. Restaurant too expensive for the category. Negatives are that the lift is not to each floor. Very uncomfortable for the family with a baby and stroller. The road to the hotel was horrible no asphalt, and no available parking for the guests of the hotel.

Staff very helpfull and friendly!
Not close to the beach.
The rooms were not clean,also the bathroom was dirty,beds not comfy at all.

The pool and the restaurant, very good food
The location is terrible, nothing to do except going to the beach, which is very small and over crowded.
The room was very small for 3 people and the kitchinette was not serving any purpose, since there is a restaurant at the location. On the contrary, that space could have been used better if it wasn't for the kitchinette.
The furniture seems old and the bathroom has a sewing smell.
The balcony was small also and we could not use it at all because when opened there was always smoking cigarettes smell that entered the room.
The boiler in the bathroom, of course at some point we could not take a bath because it ran out of hot water, so you need to be carefull if you want to wash your hair also, you might leave the rest of the family without hot water.

The staff at the hotel were very nice people
But the stuff from the hotel restaurant was a horrible experience . They need 30 minutes to make 2 pizzas (the restaurant was empty)
They leave us to stay 30 minutes at a table, give us the drinks and after that they tell us to move to another table because that one has a reservation ( we were with a baby of 8 months with us)
They brought us the food separately, for me it was ready and for my husband it took 20 minutes more, which should never happen in a restaurant .
Try to eat in a different place. It was a very bad experience.

Wonderful
The food was ok, breakfast was nice, but the lunch or dinner were great. The pool was so nice, not too crowded and located well. You could see the sea from there. The rooms are ok and clean. Huge beds.
The fact that at 7 AM they were swiping the area near the pool, making a lot of noise.

The hotel is nice, clean, rooms were comfy, the breakfast was good even though there was no variation, every day it was the same. I had no problem eating pancakes the whole time though. The coffee was terrible but that applies to the whole country. The room was very well equipped with full kitchen equipment which was a nice surprise. The staff was also very nice.
The location is really the main issue. It’s in the russian part, on the edge of Sveti Vlas. It was really far from most of sunny beach, hiking the dirty driveway everyday was pretty annoying. Sunny Beach is really the ugliest part of the coast. Late capitalism at its finest. We’ve spent only 2 days there and then walked to nessebar every day.

We loved the family room we shared. The pool is an added bonus. We ate at the restaurant all 3 nights as it was just lovely food and lots to choose from. The staff also made the hotel so polity and very helpful.
Pulling out the beds and cleaning as we found left over nuts behind the beds. Maybe mopping the bedroom floors would help with keeping it clean.

We've been in this hotel 2 times before, it's a really nice hotel with lovely views. The pool is always clean, the rooms are well equipped and really spacious. The breakfast is great, the food is well cooked and delicious and there are a lot of things to choose from. The hotel is close to the beach it's a 10-15 minute walk or a couple minutes by car. There are lot of free parking spaces in front of the hotel, and they are guarded.
The staff has always been great in this hotel however, this time some of the waiters could have been more nicer, and well mannered. Also, the bathroom and the whole apartment was generally clean, but they could have been more precisely cleaned, they should have payed a little bit more attention to the details. The swimming pool is really cold.

The hotel looks nice on the exterior, the pool is very nice, the staff is friendly.
The cleaning could be better, the breakfast is exactly the same every day. The access road is very bad, it is far away from the resort center and from the main big beach ( approx 15 minutes) . There is a smaller beach close by. There is only one plug in the room
