horrible beds, really the worst ones I have had for some time now. the rooms are somehow outdated - needs re-polishing.

- cleaning ladies only mopped once in 7 days (did not hoover), only changed the towels we left on the floor withouth hooveribg the sand off the floors or mopping on the other days. - we received a room behind the water slides and there was noone overseing the fact that there were kids hsing them even ar 21-22-23.00 hours, jumping over the gates! - we were not told at the reception that we had one “a la carte dinner” included - no sheets change although we left the “make up my room” sign hanging on our 3rd day(at the middle of the stay) - water in the pools is freezing! We stayed 27.08-02.09…. Freezing as never! Must install a pool heating system! Just invest some$$$$! - animation team…. Please guys, you must try harder! Boys are ok but most of the girls are more interested in what they feel/how they look, seem ashamed of doing this job….they had a very sad face when doing yoga or being with the kids,or at adults activities….this is awful, I refused to let the kids with such sad people! (The tall and a bit fuller girl is quite ok, the skinny ones, omg-just do something else!) - food is mostly tastefull but…. Please pass this to the chef in the main restaurant: please, pretty please STOP putting sauces on meats! There are kids with allergies, people with illnesses that are not allowed to have sauce! Just leave the meat plain and put the sauce on a side! I only had salmon that was not with sauce on top. Could not have chicken drumstick,fish,etc because they put sauce on it(and no note on what the sauce is made of). Maybe I don’t like sauce. Would have appreciated plain fish! - last days the girls in main restaurant started questionin people about bracelets(we were there a long time and they knew our faces!), felt like doind something wrong for being early to lunch! ???? - chaiselongues are terrible. And way tooooooo many! Just organise the stuff to put some on piles. More than half are empty and there is no room to go on/off of them!

No cleaning every morning, no picking up the rubbish. At breakfast if you can't go down to the restaurant or you want to eat in your room you can't because the hotel policy doesn't allow you to take your food, for which you pay 16 euro/day, to your room. No bathroom cleaning products for each person in the room If you did not pay for the all inclusive and want to have dinner at the hotels restaurant you have to pay 35 euro.

The waitresses look miserable and they find it hard to smile

Our soap in the room finished after 4 or 5 days; we asked for another and the reception said it is not possible... Say whaaat??! I did not like the smell of the liquid shower gell/shampoo. It was the most horrible smelling one I have seen. This should be more neutral. There was a free dinner offered which we had to book at one of the restaurants they offered. We wanted to book it on Monday evening, and found out on Saturday that Sunday and Monday are not working days for those restaurants; also, we had to book one day in advance, so Saturday was also not possible. I don't know if it was true. I just accepted and went on, I had plenty of food anyway. But it left me wondering what else could I have tried and missed. I didn't like that Russian tourists are allowed to come. I would simply forbid them in the country. Lastly, maybe it was bacteria/viruses from the sea, from the food, from the tables or from all of them. But for 3 days out 7 I had a crazy amount of vomit and bad stools. Since none in the group had it as well, I have no idea what caused it and it is unfair to blame the hotel. They were cleaning the tables after everyone and the food seemed mostly fine. But you can imagine it left me void of the good feeling. I've heard many roumors about waste water being dumped in the sea. If true, that might be it. But I can only suspect.

Wi-Fi connection is very bad.
