Great and professional staff, has everything you want (pools, entertainment for children such as a game room and some students who do fun stuff for them each day, spa, supermarket, bar, beach exit.. all in one place!)
We got a room with an amazing view of the colorful mountains and a huge balcony, it was great.
It's also far from everything but very close to the grand market mercury and to the bus station, the bus comes ever 20 minutes and you can arrive in sunny beach in less than 5 minutes. Never any road traffic.
I will say, however, that the bed was not comfortable at all, it felt like hell sleeping there and it's such a shame considering this is an amazing hotel.
In addition, we didn't take full board but we did pay for the hotel's lunch on our last day, I would say that it's probably not worth your money. If you're used to Israeli food like me, the food will be very bland and very dry and not tasty at all. It barely had options and to be honest, Israel's same price full board hotels offer much more. I think it's just because of what I got used to. Some people may like it more than me, but I will still keep the opinion that it is not worth your money and you can get better food on sunny beach for cheaper.

My room quite small, but comfy for two of us and we had a balcony with a nice view, also there was a small fridge and electric kettle which was very handy, the food was amazing) special thank you for the personnel that made the cakes, real masterpieces!), and a big thank you to the cleaning lady Nadia for daily change of towels and making my room superclean, the receptionists are superfriendly and supportive, thank you very much for helping me with my enquiry of upgrading my basic studio to one bedroom apartment and extending my stay, and thank you to all the personnel in the restaurant, very attentive and responded promptly, thank you all very much for making my stay so comfortable, I had such a wonderful relaxing time!!!!)))))ps: amazing shows in the evening) and good security of the territory)
Strong smell of chlorine from the pool, never used it, is there any other alternative of disinfectant, the full board starts with dinner, really??? sounds a bit weird ( although strongly recommend to buy one as you have amazing food and good value for money), wasps on the terrace, not safe if you have little children

The hotel has a nice pool area. Good designed building. Building itself was good but to be honest with you they don’t have any budget to make you feel happy while you stayed here. For example entertainment team trying to do their best but they don’t have any budget for shows.
They wrote the hotel name “Full Board” this is compeletly sales strategy of the hotel. They are trying to confuse your mind. Hotel name is full board but you have to pay extra for everything. For example in any luxury restaurant 1 cola is max 4 BGN . In hotel 3 times more 10 BGN. BECAREFUL WHAT KIND OF ROOM YOU BOOKED.
Hotel has no private beach area, it’s public beach. They don’t have sunbed and umbrella in the beach.
The housekeeping didn’t change the bed sheets and pillow sheets during 4 days. There was a dirty cups and plates also fridge wasn’t clean well. They don’t even put the water to the rooms.
I dont want to talk about wifi speed was like african country.

Very Good
The staff was very helpful, good location and good value for money. The room and the pools were clean. We liked the outdoors activities (morning yoga and evening shows).
We stayed at 5th floor, the A/C was plăcea above the bed and too noisy but without it we couldn’t sleep because it was too hot weather at the end of August.

Very good location, close to the beach. The whole property outside was well maintained and clean.
The stuff was very young and was not able to answer basic questions. Our room was not cleaned the first day, the beds were not done, only the garbage was thrown away. The phone in the room was not working. After we asked about it, the two guys on the reception desk did not know « what type of cleaning was the ´maid supposed to do ». The next day the room was cleaned, but no extra soap was left, a towel was missing. There is no mini bar in the room, only an empty fridge, which is a petty for a 4 star hotel. Prices for a coffee or drink at the pool bar higher than outside, in the city or on the beach. We wanted to stay an extra night, the price that was offered to us for 1 night was 3 times higher than what we paid! We decided to leave.

Stayed for almost a week with my family - overall good experience, best things about it were:
- food: very diverse, tasty and some coffee/drinks were also included
- beach: extremely nice beach, although you should know sunchairs are not included (and not really worth the price, either)
- shops & facilities: there's a really nice supermarket within the complex, along with a spa and outdoor fun areas
While the stay was good, the service was not always top-notch:
- the reception staff was rigid
- nobody changed the bedsheets during our stay
- the waiters at the restaurant are like vultures ready to grab your plate as soon as you finish eating; it's hard to enjoy eating a peaceful meal because of this, please train the servers to have better manners
- pool area can get pretty crowded
- didn't see any lifeguards on the beach

Although the place has many rooms there was not crowd at the pool and at the restaurant. The location is near the sea (at 2 minutes walk). Some
of the rooms have sea sight. The access in the yard of the resort is restricted to the guests.
I have booked an appartment for me, my wife and my two children. The matrimonial bed was ok, but the extensible bed from the living room was not confortable at all. Anyway, this was the only problem that I found it during my seven days there.

It is a very nice place for a relaxing holiday. What I enjoyed most is the apartment, big and clean. And the fact that alcohol is not included in all-inclusive price for me is also a good thing.
Not really something to see in a walking by distance.

It was clean rooms and all the hotel, very good food at buffe , supermarket in the hotel for the people couldn't use the restaurant or buy same alcohol. 3 pools evething was good also near to the beach .
The staff was working very good but is important to smile to gest most of the girls and boys didn't smile at all .
