The property was good.
The administrative assistant at the reception was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us in different situations during our stay. Always polite, patient, and professional, she made us feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to meet someone who combines friendliness with such efficiency. Because of her support, our trip was much smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service, Vesela!

The lady from reception is perfect! She let us check in earlier and gave us bigger room for free. Also she let us leave our stuff last day until the time we had a bus. 11/10 to her.

Bed is not bad.
Wifi near the swimming pool didn't work. Also there were troubles with wifi everywhere and the speed was pretty low.
Our first day cleaning lady just opened a door with her key, came to the room and asked us if we need cleaning (we were at the bed). The second day we asked for the cleaning by ourselves and left the sign for that on the door. Afterwards nothing was cleaned, they only took the trash begs. No facilities for dishwashing, washing machine etc. No mop, no broom, nothing. Towels weren't changed at least once.

The pool and the restaurant
The air conditioning was working sometimes, the wifi was very, very bad, unusable almost, beds not very comfortable and the single "bed" was an armchair witch was on the verge of breaking. Bad shower drainage as well and Rude maids.

The personnel was very friendly. The pool in the facility was big and clean. The room was also spacious and very clean.
Nothing negative about the facility. I wish only the weather was not rainy so my son can enjoy more our stay

I can't say a bad thing; from the beginning, we were looked after. As we booked an airport transfer, the taxi driver was there, nice and comfortable getting us to the resort. Amazing service, the apartment was superb, and the food at the restaurant was incredibly good.
Great place, and I love to be back, too. Highly recommended for those who want to relax.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Facilities were not up to date. Tile on floors not properly laid, with gaps . Wifi was spotty within the property. Food okay.

I liked the spacious rooms and that I had access to the small kitchenette that had an oven, an electric stove, quite a big fridge, toaster, etc.
The restaurant at the property is absolutely AMAZING. The staff, the food, everything is excellent!

We had an amazing stay in Pollo Resort. To be honest everything was great. Good apartments, amazing big pool, awesome restaurant. I would like to also say big thank you to the reception for great communication prior our stay and organising transport from and to airport. In addition the location of the hotel is excellent in fairly quite Nesebar. If you travelling with family I strongly recommemd this resort!!!

We've spend 5 amazing days at Pollo resort . Reception staff were very helpful at any time we had questions .Nice big apartaments.
Food at the restaurant is 5 stars, very well cooked and fair price. The water in the pool was so clean. All staff around helpful, friendly and made us fell welcome there. I will definetly recomend Pollo resort and if in future will be back in Bulgaria Pollo will be my first choice
