The apartment had a basic kitchen with a kettle hot plate and microwave
Bathroom had a bath and a bidet as well as usual shower sink toilet
Apartment had a balcony with table and chairs
The keys had to be picked up from a reception that was around 1 km from the apartment
100 leva (BG) had to be left as a deposit
Directions to apartment weren’t clearly given Just told to find it on Google maps Had to go back in for more info
The room was dirty in spite of being stated that a fee is charged when booking to make sure the room is clean before and after stay
The kitchen was dirty and dusty
The bathroom was the same
The bedding wasn’t fresh and was very meagre More was found in a cupboard but it wasn’t fresh and was smelly
The light in the bathroom continually flashed
The TV was old and not working
The “leather” settee was very dusty
The floor was sandy and dirty and dusty in the corners
There was no wi-fi
The pool you see on the website belongs to another hotel and is not able to be accessed
The bed had remains of broken false nails on it and the pillows were dirty and yellow
The net curtains on the window were dirty discoursed and had blood on them
There were no power points at the bed and the lamps didn’t work
The kettle had to stand on a towel on the microwave which was high up The kettle leaked badly and needed to be emptied or stood in the sink after use
The microwave was dirty
There was no hot water at all
The most welcoming feature seen every day was the penis drawn in the lift
Maria the agent in charge of the apartment offered no apology for the state of the apartment whatsoever
