Nice pool. Have lift. Close to food store. Not so far from beach. Close to the main strip. Good size of apartments.
They dont tolerate noise. So you need to be a very quiet vacationer to thrive here. It is only one side of the building that they have. Not the whole place so many permanent residents living their way.

Nice pool with cold water, which I personally prefer.
Some of the equipment and features in the room could need a little bit of maintenance, but nothing critical :-)

A lovely location, very peaceful, good links to new town nessabar, old town nessabar, sunny beach and further surrounding areas. The staff we talked to were all helpful and cheerful. We would definitely stay again.

Really good and clean apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for family of four, 2 adult daughters and parents. In addition we had two balconys as well. The rooms were really clean and the apartment had everything we needed (for cooking/eating, laundry, cleaning). The staff was really friendly and helped us with everything. The pool and the sunbathing area were cleaned every morning.
The pool was a bit too cold but we travelled in September so the weather was also about 22-25 degrees.

The apartment was above expectation its a little aged need updating and more cooking it's ie fry pans but over all very good and I would recommend it if you require a quiet holidY and the receptionists are on the ball to get anything that's needed or fixing

I went here with my family 12 years ago and we decided to revisit. The accommodation we got was very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed a lot our stay and hope to come back again next year. Made lots of positive memories
I only recommend to renovate some unit facilities

The staff that we interacted with was very nice.
The friends we were with found a small bug in the bedroom, but thought nothing of it since it didn't look like a bed bug. Upon returning home and taking out their luggage, they found more bugs and had to wash everything (even the clean clothes and travel bags). The towels and bed linen looked like they weren't cleaned properly. The buttons for flushing the toilets were broken in both bathrooms so you had to keep them pressed or else it didn't flush. In the small bathroom, whenever we used the shower, all the water reached the door no matter how hard we tried not to splatter around and it stayed there (the floor was not sloped so that the water would reach the drain).
To put it short, the place needs improvements and a lot more attention to the cleaning.

In general, we liked everything. The apartment is comfortable with a large balcony. The apartment has everything you need to cook your own meals. Very good location, 5 minutes to the nearest store, 15 minutes to the sea, 30 minutes to the old town on foot. 2 charming ladies worked at the reception, who tried to explain everything and help if necessary. Thanks also to the lady who fixed the hot water boiler for us immediately. There is a large pool in the yard. Lounge chairs were always available. There is a restaurant in the yard, the owner is very responsive and will pour you a cold beer and cook delicious Bulgarian food.
If you come by car, please note that the parking space is on the street and it is not possible to reserve it.
I think that the cleaning ladies need to improve their work a bit, because when we arrived at the apartment, it was not completely cleaned.
