We had an amazing vacation! The entire hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean, the food was absolutely delicious with great variety, and the pool area is fantastic. Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

The hotel is very clean and offers great activities for kids, including a pool and water slides. There is a great variety of food. We had an issue with our room, and the staff was very happy to help. Plus, the location is absolutely amazing!
We booked an all-inclusive package, but were disappointed by some extra charges. For instance, on Pirate Night, they asked for money just for a quick two-minute pirate face painting. It was highly unpleasant to see that during the stage activities, only the children who paid received a prize, while the others were left out. We really didn't like this approach at all. Additionally, guests should know that rooms facing the pool are very noisy due to loud music playing until midnight.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we needed something, which made the experience even better. The food was varied, fresh, and tasty, with options to suit different preferences. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and is located in a convenient area, close to the beach and local attractions.
The only issue we had was the weak internet signal, at least in our room, which sometimes made it difficult to stay connected.

Had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds are green and beautifully maintained. The room was clean, cozy, with new furniture. The pool is nice and the hotel has also indoor heated pool. The food is varied and delicious. The location is perfect as well. Would gladly come back again

I would highly recommend the hotel due to the amenities and the professionalism of the staff.
The location to the beach,200 m away, good variety of food, drinks could be improved, more on all inclusive. A change in the coffee would be a big plus.

Clean and well equipped room, every day clean the room and change towels. Many different activities around outdoor pool ( water polo, darts, table tennis, archery ). Tasty and varied food and good choice of drinks.
I especially enjoyed an outdoor activities ( thank you Mimi, you are the best!).
The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel allows smoking in too many areas. The bartenders at the pool bar could be more polite and smile sometimes.

Literally everything from the moment we entered the standard of customer service provided was second to none, that’s from the bar staff, front desk, catering staff etc. they all went above and beyond, we enjoyed our stay at Ihot@l that much that we have already planned another trip back to Sunny Beach next year and we will be staying at this hotel. 10/10
