There is a see view from the 10th floor.
The hotel is quite old, big 10 stage and only 2 small elevators are there. The waiting is approximately 10, 15 min. The bed was big but quite hard and very uncomfortable. TV channels are only 5. The parking wasn't available for my stay , nevertheless that is written free parking. I have to pay another money for paid one and go with the bags in my hands, because in front the hotel there isn't free space for car luggage unloading. The hotel price is highly overrated .

Its just a ghetto scam
(We booked on “last minute” and was the only thing affordable and available at that time)
First off when we arrived we were hit with 2 problems
1.Their card reader didnt work, they have told us that its because they are having troubles with “cards from Romania” even tho i have Revolut with a premium plan, we managed to withdraw some money under a 5 dollars commission which wasnt a problem, but i still believe that they are doing this to avoid paying taxes although its 2024 and almost no-one foreigner or not uses cards, but this wasnt our biggest problem yet, because even tho we paid for a parking spot they said they are full, up until 3 days later, which i later found out why, they said we can try a parking garage which we paid 60 Levs for 3 DAYS , how convenient right??????
When i asked for my money back for the parking they said i accepted on booking that if they and they didnt have spots to go somewhere else, they are the biggest scammers
The room was ghetto, if you we re telling me id have to stay in a soviet bulit like place for the money i paid for i would’ve laughed in your face. No clean sheets for 5 days on, the ladies we re just making the bed and leaving, and they didnt had no sign of “do not disturb” they woke us up 4 times almost every morning because we slept through the breakfast (we will get to this point in a short time)
The bathroom is really good for multitasking people if you re trying to po*p while taking a shower its fitting for you, but if your next door neighbor its using the bathroom you can do a nice ice shower.
Food: Im not a picky eater but when im in a foreign country i try to pay attention to where or what im eating.

Good location, they let us check in a few hours earlier, helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Nice pool. Nice balcony and AC. Room was big enough, good fridge. 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Bed linen and towels are old and worn out.
2 small elevators are not enough for 10 floors. It feels like a nice hotel that got too old and worh no proper maintaining.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.
His name is Bobi.
Bobi was the coolest.
Our group chose 4 double rooms, all of them were identical, very small room, TV with antenna, all rooms had single beds joined together, the problem being that they moved very easily.
From the first day we asked for our towels to be changed because they were dirty and they changed them only the next day at our insistence to the cleaning lady.
During the 6-night stay, they only changed the towels once after we insisted, and they did not change them in all the rooms.
The cleaning ladies didn't want to change either the bed sheet or the pillowcases during these 6 nights.
The bathroom does not have a shower cabin, you shower in the whole bathroom.
Breakfast always the same, with very few foods.

I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights with breakfast included, and I must say it was a terrible experience from start to finish.
Firstly, the hotel looked nothing like the photos. It was evident that the property hadn't been renovated in years. Upon arrival, the receptionist handed us our room keys. When I asked about the parking spot I had reserved, he rudely informed me that there were no available spaces left, and I would have to find one myself. After much difficulty, I finally found a spot and had to pay an extra 50 euros for it.
The room was a far cry from the neat and beautiful images on the booking site. The bed consisted of three old mattresses stacked on top of each other, and the bed linen was extremely old and had a foul smell. The bathroom, which had no photos on the booking site, looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1990s. It was very old, and there was no shower cabin or tub, just a showerhead sticking out of the wall.
Breakfast was a daily disappointment, with the same limited options: tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, salami, and sausages, which deteriorated in quality each day. The elevator broke down at least three times a day, and we were staying on the 9th floor, which made things even worse.
The hallways had a terrible odor, and the hotel was very noisy. Despite the noise, the staff did nothing to address the disturbances. Housekeeping was practically non-existent; our bed linen was never changed, and I had to beg the cleaning staff for towels and toilet paper.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here.

The food was great. The location was fine, 600 meters from the beach, with supermarkets all around.
The bathroom cleanliness was very bad. There was a sewer smell coming from the basement. They changed the towels only upon request. The AC had a sewer smell, as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. More focus on cleaning is needed.

Nothing, there was not a single thing that I could choose to say that there is something good. I feel cheated to find listed in booking a hotel rated with 3 stars but it was horrible
Dirty, bad smelling, horrible mattressess, smelling towels, bed shhets dirty, pillow dirty, cleanin ladys used same mops to clean the toulets and the room floor, tight bathroom, very poor breakfast, no labels for pork or kosher food. Orange juice dispenser dirty and it was not juice, it was colored water but horrible. The pool was dirty
